Being a senior citizen, each and every associate I have contact with, shows the upmost courtesy and patience, never an negative attitude from any of the staff. Trust me I have visited other home depot store, however, I enjoy this location, not for convenience but for the staff(s) positive attitude. This is a reflection of a good manager. I know I worked in the profession for 25 years.

Every employee has been helpful in helping you me find the items I need, and made me feel important.

Proud of this store. It serves a large area well.

I've never had such good treatment, customer service and friendly , pleasant shopping experience in any of the other Home Depot stores, as I have experienced at this store. Maybe it's because it seems to be a mostly female crew, but they sure are polite, outgoingly helpful and it seems obvious these ladies in the store employment are eager to keep this store very clean and organized. Everything is in superb display, as if someone with extreme pride in their job has made the extra effort. I never had any issue getting help and was astonished at how knowledgeable these ladies are in their jobs. I also like how they're right there, ready and eager to help me, which is quite the opposite of my experience in other locations, where employees hide and actually try to avoid helping me. I actually observed employees in the Show low store intentionally hide in the bathroom to avoid working and they were in there laughing about it, unaware I was present. That's not the case at all in the Thatcher store.

We bought an electric drill and are very happy with it. It works great.

The employees at the Thatcher Home Depot are the best!! They are always friendly and helpful. They make the visits enjoyable.

Ask for a young man named Cody. He was awesome and knows the store well.

Tina is the most rude, scowl-faced person ever. When she can't get out of ignoring you she makes it clear that she hates working there and even more so hates dealing with customers. Please find a closet for her to work in so your customers don't have to deal with her attitude.

I like the store just because it is closest to my property and main reason very helpful and I knowledgeable associates always willing to help make my shopping time short and pleasant.

Just moved to the area and doing lots of renovations. Tehmina was so incredible to help me find everything we were looking for and made this trip a fantastic experience.

We were able to purchase new doors for our AZ rm, had several to choose from, they were installed easily by our handy man.

Worse manager I have ever interacted with. No help laughed at me very RUDE.
