Home Depot in Titusville is our first choice when buying items for our home projects. Staff is always always helpful and knowledgeable especially Michelle in paint. We love Home Depot!

I've had recent encounters with James, Tara and Anna... Each of them were amazing to deal with, they were friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help.

It is hard to conceive, but the Home Depot in Titusville is significantly better than the Home Depot in my neighborhood of Merritt Island, 30 minutes south. The Titusville HD is better managed as evidenced by a cleaner store, a more "peaceful" store, and friendlier/more helpful employees. With a career of almost 40 years in Human Resources, I feel qualified to make this observation, A well-run operation will be more efficient, organized, clean, and enjoyable - things apparent at the Titusville store that are much less apparent at the Merritt Island store.

There is a Military discount program, but it only applies to frivolous purchases. Items that you need to make your home secure or weatherproof are not covered. Lumber to repair my house was not covered, but a lamp shade would have been.

Usually this store is really good but tonight they did not do as well. Sorry to say and hope next time is back on track!!! Take a second to double check it's correct when the customer is asking questions don't just say yes.

Employees to help load wood and carts for getting wood were readily available which made my visit easy and fast.

The employees are always very kind and helpful every time we come to visit.

Lance in flooring is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He assisted with picking out our flooring and explained the differences. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He's an asset to your organization.

Home Depot always has sales people available to help and I appreciate that.

Bernard in the paint department was extremely friendly and helpful. He colored matched my paint that I had bought over 3 years ago from a different store and paint company. He was very patient with me. My cashier Debbie was so funny, she had me laughing the whole time. I had a bad day that day and between her and Bernard that made it so much better! Thank you!

I mostly work with the people at the pro desk. They have always been awesome. I have shopped this store over the one closer to me just for that reason.

Wonderful experience in the store when buying products for our new home. Alyssa in Customer Service and Gwendolyn in blinds and appliances, helped up get all the products we needed. Great job!

This store is the best homedepot store in are area.They have old.fasioned customer service you don't find no where.The Pro team Eric, Patrick and Devin are the best they help.me every day.My business is very dependant on there awesome service.The. manager Gary stops me all the time to make sure I have what I need he also does some extra things FOR me I truly appreciate.We are so blessed to have this great store and THERE team thank you

This store has old fashioned customer service.The Pro Team is the best at this store than any where.The manager checks me all the time and makes sure I have everything I need.He has also done very special extra stuff for me way above and beyond.I go to this store almost every day and I appreciate them all so much.They are a shining asset to our community.

I enjoy shopping at the Titusville store. They usually have what I need and if not they will order it for me. The store looks good and the clerks helpful.

I found this Home Depot location was well stocked with the specific items I was looking for. The shelves were in good order and products were well displayed.

I go very often to others Home Depot stores because they are convenient to my work but whenever I can I go to the Titusville store. It’s close to home and I prefer them over the competition very close by. My only disappointment with this store is they need a full rental department like the store on Merritt Island. It’s very inconvenient to have to travel all the way over to Merritt Island for the rental I need for my home in Titusville. Thanks Alan K

Great customer service

While shopping in the store, I asked and employee to send someone to help me in the electrical aisle. After quite a while it was obvious that my request never went anywhere. I went to the service counter to request that again, but was blatantly, and intentionally ignored, despite being the only person in line. I stopped a passing employee and requested a manager. When word reached the four employees behind the counter ignoring me, that I was asking for a manager, the lady whose line I was in asked if she could help me and I told her no please wait for the manager so we can discuss it together. She immediately turned around and picked up a personal item and left the area. The manager made it sound like she was familiar with that employees behavior. I would say that if you need assistance in the store expect to be less than satisfied
