I appreciate the senior employees who work at our Tooele Home Depot! I’m always so happy when I see some of my favorites and can ask them questions. They always go the extra mile to help me with my purchases. Carol at the self checkout line made my trip enjoyable. I Hate self checkout but she waved me over and helped me and I was finished very fast. She even got someone to help me load my heavy shelves in my truck. Thanks Home depot employees for all you do!

This store has issues keeping items in stock. The HD app does not reflect the on-hand store quantities, so it does no good to check on line before going to store. The isles are full of stuff making it had to push a cart through the store. It is hard to get help loading from employees. They let people park in the loading zone which is unsafe and makes it hard to get in and out of the store.

The store was easy to find items, the restrooms were clean.

The store was clean and well-ordered. I like the big signs with letters large enough to read easily and the friendly knowledgeable personnel to help me. The cart was easy to push without faulty wheels and excess weight and small enough I didn't feel like my hands were at my shoulder level. The doors were easily opened without undue stress on my old and weak shoulders and arms. Floors clean and level and aisles clear enough to make shopping a pleasant experience. I found quality merchandise and items and expert advice..

I marked yes on recomendig store, but you have to be more vigilant in inforcment of mask rule or i will most likley say No!!

store is always a cluttered mess. employees rarely acknowledge your there. customers continually walk around the store without a face mask and the employees do nothing about that.

This store is always a mess to try to get through with so much stuff crowding the aisles. Employees always standing around in the way. There are a few that work hard at helping customers.

I was overwhelmed trying to get my supplies to hang peg board. I had a great employee named Chase who helped me get the right size screws and furring strips and figured out the sizes I needed and got them all cut for me. What a great experience at our Tooele store! The checker Joanna was so fun and friendly. Made my trip so awesome! Great customer service today!

Jen, who helped me at the Online Pickup counter, was very helpful with my online purchase questions and issue. Jen listened to my questions, researched the answer, and fixed my online purchase price issue without hesitation. I drove out there from West Valley and I would do it again for the customer service and friendliness I received! Thank you for being patient and helpful with my purchase, I really appreciate it! James was awesome, too! He helped me load my purchase onto my truck bed. Very nice and friendly guy!

The sales associates typically are very friendly and helpful! There is a high level of professionalism in thie Tooele, Utah store.

Purchased appliances for my new home here. Had a computer glitch happen with the sale but the manager, Will, and Sunshine took great care of me and got the issues resolved very quickly. Great bunch of people here at this store and will be doing a lot of business with them for my new home. Thank you Will and Sunshine.

Clean, safe, well-organized store. Employees are 100% helpful and efficient in finding and caring for the customers. They go out of their way to help everyone and the store is following all the COVID guidelines plus helping everyone in the store have a positive experience. They had everything I needed. This is a great Home Depot!

I went in to order some blinds for my windows. The staff was very helpful to assist me and to answer all of my questions. The staff was friendly and it was a pleasure to work with them in completing my order.

The customer service level is very low. Not at all like advertised on TV. I asked for help and the associate just kept walking away. Second time that this has happened at this store. Did not get the help I needed.

I've recently purchased an appliance package that was on a special labor day sale. All the employees that I have had help me through the process by answering my questions about the different appliances or actually placing my order to changing my order have been so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been very impressed.

I am literally desperate for help and this store refuses to help me. I am not looking for discounts I am looking for a willingness to help solve my problem. I remember when Home Depot prided itself on its customer service. I remember when a Tire was prominently displayed in every home depot as a reminder of taking customer service to the next level and now, I can not even buy a fridge that the Depot legitimately sells. I can not even get an associate to PRETEND to care about my needs.

I knew the store would be crowded so I ordered online and picked up curbside. It was ready for pickup in a couple of hours. I called when I got to the store and order was brought out quickly. Great experience.

I've shopped at this store for several years. The staff is consistently nice and I appreciate advice when I'm working on a project that I don't have expertise in. I'm normally able to find everything I need. It is good to have an "everything" store in our area. This store's location is a bit tricky to get to from a busy highway. I wish there was a back road with less traffic, but that is only a matter of time. On rare occasions I wish the store had a larger selection, but as the population continues to grow in this area, an add-on is probably in the works.

Tooele store was clean and organized. The associate that helped us in appliances was very helpful and friendly. She provided immediate assistance.

went in looking for a good snow blower.showed me a cub cadet 26" 2X started it blew wet heavy snow with it SOLD ME ON IT !!! even had two employees help put it in my truck.above and beyond expectations.

Since moving to Tooele we have had need for a few shopping trips to Home Depot. Every visit has been a pleasant experience, and I can honestly say the sales associates are the nicest, most helpful associates we've had the pleasure of working with.

Without any skill regarding home improvement projects, I needed help not only selecting the items on our list but actually getting them loaded for purchase since I have physical limitations. We had to wait for assistance but when it came, we were guided to every section on our list and not only that Ron helped us get the items loaded onto our cart. When we left, I again needed help getting the material into our car. A youngster named Seth was assigned and he did a great job. This was a great shopping experience.

This store is a complete disaster. There were carts, boxes, displays all over the place. You can't get up and down the aisles. The landfill is more organized than this place. I passed at least 10 different employees and not a single one ever acknowledged me or asked if they could help.

This store is continually a mess. The isles are almost always blocked by carts or ladders. Most employees won't acknowledge your there. It would be nice if there was somewhere to shop.
