These folks truly care!

The delivery company you us for construction materials are horrible, I don't understand why you keep using them. The only reason I keep shopping here is because the store manager and assistant managers were great.

Had many questions in different areas and they were all answered in a very professional manner!

Always have had good feelings about this store and the products they carry, along with competitive prices,

I needed to buy a cooler and I was having a hard time finding where they were located within the store. As soon as an employee saw me looking around, they helped me right away. They told me that those were in stock, and brought me right over to them! Thank you!

This company is amazing and the people are always on top of their game. I even try and throw them off from time to time but never works. Thanks for hiring great people.

Every time I am shopping at home depot for my busis tools and supplies, I am greated, asked if I need help, and the cheerful positive environment makes me and other customers happy to choose home depot for our business and or home improvement needs.

The only problem I have is you have to initiate the eye contact and the good afternoon,

I purchased my first washer/dryer and John was very helpful and kind, he answered all my questions, he wasn't pushy and he was very professional. I have to say, he made my day!

We were so very pleased coming to your store. An employee greeted us at the door entrance. We were able to find what we came in looking for. Another employee came immediately to our assistance, all questions asked had been satisfied, even getting on the phone to inquire for us. Directed us appropriately to the next level of our inquiry. We also noticed you have a great number of employees working and always smiling and approaching us if we needed assistance with anything. I started using Home Depot because my job site was closer to the store and that other suppliers. The cashier, Erica helped me out greatly. She actually gave me discounts at the register and save me almost $40.

Over the past few year's I've built a heated 40' x 44' garage, finished off my basement and updated and added a couple of decks to my home in Northern Michigan. Throughout this time, I have leaned on the Home Depot Pro Desk for planning and advice as I navigated through these projects. Tim Caputo has been a tremendous help in providing his expertice and knowledge in each of these projects. When I get ready for my next project there's only one place I'll go and that's to The Home Depot in Traverse City, MI.

The staff at this Home Depot has to be one of the tops in the nation. Everyone was more then happy to help and were more then knowledgeable.

Our Customer experience was absolutely wonderful. Mr. John McClintock was very professional and helped with our purchase of a new Refrigerator, stove and microwave. Not only was he great to talk with but he was busy from the time we arrived and even as we left, workig by himself in the Home Appliance area. Home Depot should be very proud of this Vietnam Veteran , his service to our country and his job ethic also shows well in his customer satisfaction from us.
