From the salesman to the two delivery guys, our whole experience was exceptional & very professional.

My wife and i did a remodel of our den which included x3 ea new windows and x1 ea new sliding glass door. Windows and doors were purchased from Home depot through the windows and doors department. Lorain was a huge blessing in helping to get us our sliding glass door after a mix up during delivery without us having to reorder the door and delay our construction. Just before construction high winds blew over a 48x60" sliding window cracking the moving sash glass pane. Vince Belcher was able to talk to secure us a new moving sash at no cost to us which was a huge surprise and blessing. If you need to have a team support you through your own remodel I would go through Vince and Lorain again without a moments hesitation.

I stupidly left a $60 item behind on a cart and it got turned in and held by cart associate Will. Head Cashier Becky helped me on the phone when I called, told me to come in with the receipt, and before I knew it I was on my way out without having to spend another $60. Thanks a ton, guys!

Almost always someone will see if you need Help.

I came in to refund an item that cost $8.67. The returns cashier Brionna refused to give me cash back, even though I used my debit card for the purchase. I asked her to call an ASM to remedy the situation, and she refused to even do that, telling me I can either get the refund back on my card, as store credit, or keep the item. She was extremely rude and should not be in customer service.

My experience with homedepot.com and their shipping was dismal. Joe and Autumn in customer service at the store. were absolutely amazing. Fixing things that they didn’t mess up just to keep a customer. Happy. If I need anything else from Home Depot, I will definitely visit them at the store.

We bought a new stove and over the range microwave. We’ve never had an over the range microwave so we had a lot of questions. Tom K took the time to answer all of the questions about differences in models and brands. He also explained some important considerations for installation of the appliances. Once we made our decision, checkout was fast and easy. By far, the easiest and best large home improvement purchase we’ve ever made

Purchased a home that required, among other things, a total kitchen remodel. We to a Kitchen Design Store in our local area. Got some ideas and estimates. Then we went to our local HomeDepot store and, for comparison, walked through the Kitchen Design Department. Jason stoped us and asked if we needed help. We mentioned our pending project and he asked if he could show us what HomeDepot could offer. After just 15 minutes information and him briefly showing us what HomeDepot could offer I immediately made an appointment to get more information. Came back just a day later and started the process. Jason was full of knowledge and design skills. He offered many suggestions and options. He carefully listened to my desires as well as what our budget would be and he did everything to help us keep with in that budget yet have the beauty and quality we were seeking. We are about 5-6 weeks out from delivery. I’m anxious to see our results. I would highly recommend Jason as a kitchen designer. He never once pressured me and was always willing to give me an honest opinion. Can’t wait for our finished product!!! Once done, we will invite Jason over to view the kitchen he helped us create!

Maribel in self service check out was exceptional as well as Kim and John in Electrical were also excellent and as well as another very courteous lady in electrical ( sorry I missed her name tag ) made my visit to the electrical dept a very pleasant Today. This is my local HD and everyone is always so very nice there.
