Today I went in to the Tullytown Home Depot to purchase a gift for my husband and the employee, Bridget, that helped me, went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I came to purchase and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I will never shop at another competing store, or another Home Depot location for that matter. We’ve always went to this location when remodeling our home, but today’s assistance and experience was absolutely wonderful and I am very grateful.

As a female homeowner, I thought it would be intimidating doing home improvements. Since I purchased my home in 2007, Cindy has been a constant go to. She points me in the right direction and gets me to the person I need to talk too. Michelle in Lumber... Awesome! So many women in this store have helped me whip my home into shape. Now that I am married, my husband has his go to people. Tullytown is the best.

not competent employees, the cashier returned goods did not change the product of the manufacturer Milwaukee who had a life-time guarantee, said that they do not change and need to go to the manufacturer, I went to another store and there they changed without problems

I generally try to avoid Home Depot. Unfortunately they are basically the only place to shop for Home Improvement products. It is hard to find an employee that's got an actual working brain. I found this to be true in multiple Home Depots. When I go to Big Box home improvement stores I hope and wish that I can actually find the products and are not in some shelf Out Of Reach of the for the customers. Unfortunately this is not the case most of the time.

Worst experience I have ever had. Flooring is a nightmare. Never again will I use this Home Depot install service.

Store dark limited selection,smaller store. Management tries to help by quoting policy. Never said it would escalte concern. Phone call to another store manager may have clarified policy changes. Policy for military should be posted big time at all checkouts in plain english with exceptions noted in large readable print not on a company 8&1/2 posting for checkers

I was buying an artificial tree and their was a large selection of trees on display and unlike other stores, after finally making my decision, they had my tree of choice in stock. I always choose to shop at the Tullytown Home Depot where they make me feel welcome.
