Employees are always helpful and, on the rare occasion that they do not have the answer to my question, they put forth the extra effort to find the answer or another employee who does!

I would normally rate this store: excellent. HOWEVER, Dennis at TULSA CENTRAL Store #3913 did something I will not forget. I was just walking down an aisle heading to leave. I wasn't able to get down the aisle with a large Home Depot ladder in my way. I struggled down the lighting aisle with my cart and had to move the ladder myself. Dennis saw all of this, and he walked away from me. After I got through, I walked to find him. And he was just walking around the store and immediately went right back to the lighting aisle. He was simply getting away from him and I didn't even have a question. I did go up to him and asked him his name because he was covering his name tag. It was very odd. He said, sorry for what I did. I just walked away. He knew. It was very odd because I didn't need his help, he just didn't want to help. And walked away from me and didn't help me move the ladder. Just a very weird deal that leaves a terrible taste in my mouth because it was very intentionally. NO need for this behavior. And the fact he didn't help me move the ladder, again very weird and uncalled for. I never called or told anyone. Just reporting it here. I was excited to see I have a chance to win this gift card, yet so disappointed this is the feedback I needed to give during my experience. Someone needs to talk to Dennis in lighting. I went to this store on: 5/20 at 7:30 pm CST.

I will definitely shop here again! All the employees were so helpful and kind. They all made sure I was taken care of and helped me load all of my landscaping items (which was a lot). When a mistake was made in the order, they corrected it and made everything right with me! I would recommend this store at 41st & Sheridan, Tulsa to anyone wanting a wonderful experience in shopping for your home needs! Thanks Home Depot!

Extremely helpful employees. The security lady at front door got me cart helped me unload returns and got an employee that was bringing carts in to help unload heavy returns.and pushed my cart . She said i will help you even pushed my cart. Clean store and always have what I need. They go extra steps to help their customers.

I have shopped at nearly all of the building supply stores in Tulsa. I do custom countertops and install all over the Tulsa area. I have been in this store on Sheridan & 41st many times over the years. It has always had what I needed. Today I stopped there, I was short on time but the paint department got my order ready I believe in record time. I was so pleased thanks Home Depot you made my day.

I really love this Sheridan location of Home Depot out in Tulsa Oklahoma because all of them employees there are super helpful and knowlegable in home improvements, lawn care, and DYI projects. I visit the store several times each month. I live close by and it's easy to access and checkout is fast.

Cashier would not look up from her personal phone while processing my transaction.

The store at 41st and Sheridan is clean and well organized and the staff know how to direct customers to what is needed and it's an enjoyable shopping experience. The prices are also reasonable. I found what I needed

People are always great, today a young lady in the contractors area walked me to the spot where an item I had located on-line was ! And a checkout person from the windows area was extremely helpful. They make you feel like your purchase counts !! Thank YOU

The store was very clean and I had one Worker named Kennith that was very polite and gave me a Lotta good points on the remodeling of my home in the services that Home Depot offers and he was extremely knowledgeable on the delivery services on how my items would get there from windows to Flooring And my lumber. I know I won’t be a heavy spender but he treated me like I was a priority thank you

The store in general is a good place to shop, but they have a young, hotshot acting lady manager, named Angelica, whom is very rude and unprofessional, also rude to employees in front of customers. She refuses to honor a veteran discount unless you have VA paperwork, a state issued ID, verifying veteran status is good enough every else, Lowes for instance. For that reason alone I would not recommend that store to anyone. She is definitely hurting the profit at that location! I personally have had it with her, and will NOT return.

LADONNA, ANGIE, AND PAIGE AT THE SERVICE DESK ARE SO FUN TO DEAL WITH. THEY SEEM TO GET ALONG WITH EACH OTHER VERY WELL WHICH REFLECTS ON THEIR INTERACTION WITH THE CUSTOMERS. SOME OF THE OTHERS COULD USE AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. ANGELI, ANGELICA OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT ESPECIALLY. SHE WAS YELLING AT HER COWORKERS AND FUSSING LIKE CRAZY.

I WAS AT THE SERVICE DESK BEING HELPED BY MARY H AND LADONNA. THERE WERE TWO YOU LADIES IN THE BACKGROUND DISCUSSING VAGINAS. TO ME THIS IS NOT APPROPRIATE CONVERSATION FOR THE WORK PLACE, ESPECIALLY WITHIN HEARING RANGE OF A CUSTOMER. I COULD TELL THAT MARY AND LADONNA WERE UNCOMFORTABLE AS WELL.
