Great store, always friendly staff.

This store was exceptional in service and products.

Richelle helped save the day. I flagged down Richelle who was working a different department than the one I was looking for a part in. Richelle walked me to the exact part I needed even though it was out of her way, after the customer service folks sent me on a goose chase which I specifically asked them not to do. The customer service people were just standing around talking and could have helped me lookup the part I needed but sent me on a walk throughout the store even though I specifically asked not to have to walk all around because of covid. Please offer the customer service department some extra training or guidelines on how to help people in a better way such as how Richelle did. Thx

I felt very good about and extremely satisfied with the care by which the employees treated me as the customer. They went out of their way.

One of the best parts about shopping at Home Depot is their 70% cull wood bin. Currently I have been told that this well used process is not longer available. Please reconsider instating the 70% cull bin! Also, I shop at Home Depot regularly and accumulate many of the survey entries over a month; a 14 day expiration date is too short, please revise that rule to 30 days.

i feel its a great store i can't remember once ever getting up set there. love the workers some stand out more then others but all in all very helpful.

Best thing about this store is that I can shop online and write down the aisle and bay numbers and like some others, the product is where the web site said it would be.

Store has good effort to keep the items they stock available, even though they don't have everything that some stores do. That being the case, it is still quite rare I need to run across town for a thing they didn't carry. The millwork & moulding section seems more sparse in options than i remember it recently, and some things you used to be able to get in length (vinyl brickmold) seem to have been reduced to a single dimension kit. Since I was going to use the brickmold as edging for a small project I had to find something else with a profile i liked to work. I am happy with the alternatives I went with even though my first choices were not available.

The Tumwater Home Depot has been my go to for everything related to outdoor living for the past 15 years that I have lived in the area! Always exceptional staff and I have also made several appliance purchases/installations, as well as a complete kitchen upgrade! Fantastic service and follow up! Looking forward to my bathroom remodel next!

Store was clean and organized, social distancing and face mask were followed by the associates. All 3 associates on the different areas I shopped were very helpful

The store is always clean and everyone working in the store is there to help you and very friendly. I always find what i am looking for and if I cannot find something I ask for assistance. They are quick to help always. No complaints just a great store to shop at. (Stores)

Great place to poop while at work

The store was clean and the staff went above and beyond. Especially Devorah, Josh and Tony. Took the steps to help resolve a frustrating situation when they didn't have to.

Got great help on Thanksgiving eve. I was able to get the two items I went in for. Hint: When the online availability of items says zero in stock. Ask for help because that is what I did, she checked and found one in stock. I bought it. All the help was masked and I felt safe shopping, even though the store was busy.

My wife and I were looking for new appliances (refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher) for an upcoming kitchen remodel. After visiting other retailers we stopped at the Tumwater Home Depot. Amanda and Terry in the appliances section were very friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to research various products we were interested in. As a result, we decided to purchase our appliances at The Home Depot.

The employees in the Tumwater store are so great! Angela and Candy were so helpful, will bring me back for sure!

Jesus does an amazing job saying hi on way into store and friendly on check out. The whole pro deck and Jesus does a great job of remembering my name and saying hi any time they see me. As well as Jesus. I go out of my way to shop this store. Thank you guys.

Knowledgeable people, fast checkout, longer time to pay without interest for larger purchases with the Home Depot card and coupon, lots of parking, help with loading larger items.. Would give them a 5 star rating.
