This store is my favorite hardware store. Usually have everything I need, great service.

I was buying a few things for a school project and Brittany saw me at self check out. She told me that she had a similar item to one of the things I was buying in her car. She then went out and got it and told me I could have it. She saved me a few dollars which means so much to a broke college student!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even greet us as we entered the store. This a dying gesture in most store nowadays.

Every time I shop at this store the employees are super helpful, in particular Karla at the pro desk and Amber at customer service

So refreshing to have store associates voluntarily ask if I had questions or needed assistance! In another competitor’s store I am rarely able to get assistance even when asking—extremely frustrating. Everyone in this store was friendly, and did not act annoyed by a question or by assisting.

My experience at the Home Depot #2315 was excellent! I purchased my new kitchen in a fun, easy way. Thank you to Julie!

Store was clogged with merchandise in the aisles. Some employees don't seem to understand COVID masking guidelines.

Do not expect appliances to be in stock. Do not expect the appliance delivery to be on time. I am currently dealing with management trying to get this resolved. They have a poor delivery service.

We live very close to the Georgetown KY Lowe’s store, but we decided to drive to the Lexington(Harrodsburg Road) Home Depot to purchase some shelving units for our garage. This store had several of these units neatly stacked on the exact aisle that was listed on our Home Depot app. We found them without any trouble, and then there were employees who assisted us in getting the boxes to the checkout where we were again assisted in loading the boxes into our pickup truck. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our shopping trip to this Home Depot store!!! We began shopping at Home Depot in the early 1970’s as a young military family while stationed in CA at Camp Pendleton. Now as Senior Citizens we are delighted to once again shop at Home Depot here in Kentucky!

This is the best Home Depot store in Lexington, Ky in my opinion! The employees are all very polite and helpful. They go over and beyond to help you and to make your shopping experience a good one! I have had multiple experiences with employees from this store were they saw I was having a hard time locating something that I needed and they did not hesitate to offer assistance. I highly recommend this store for your home shopping needs!

Bella at the Pro Desk is the best!

Home Depot ignores safety of its staff and customers by not requiring proper face masks properly worn. BE CAREFUL in this store. Some DIY'ers I ran into here don't care that they have no mask in sight, and the store won't stop them at the door or deny sale checkout to them. The employees are at risk, but the store doesn't seem to want to do what it takes to prevent transmission of Coronavirus.

I have visited this store on numerous occasions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked. In fact, there are so many things in the store that I recommend everyone download the Home Depot smartphone app. This app makes it easy to locate products in the store by providing aisle # and bay # information. Great job Home Depot team!!!

Shayla in Rental Area saved the day for me and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! I was disappointed with female staff in Paint area that was not helpful or eager to help. She was too focused on painting a wall near the paint service area. This project that I'm sure she was assigned should not come before customer service. She seemed uninterested in helping me & just pointed which was not helpful. Shayla on the other hand walked me back to paint area AND gave me direct assistance and valuable info.

I've enjoyed shopping at this store for 10+ years. Each and every time I've shopped at this store (with or without my wife) I've found the people to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are times when I wonder 'how do they know how to do that?' I use their know-how, buy the products, and implement what they have described. My wife has been very pleased with the results and I attribute that mostly to the folks at Home Depot.

This Home Depot is consistently good. It's clean, neat, well stocked, has friendly employees, fair prices, great selection in any section, and, they keep the men's room clean. I like the quality and diversity of the brands they carry. If they had a store in my county I would probably never go to the one that is located here. I simply like Home Depot better, so I will drive 30 minutes to it rather than 10 to the closer one.
