Luis from the garden center helped my wife and I separate two stock tanks that had smaller ones wedged inside. He took the time to remove the drain plugs from each of them, and they just pulled right out. He made our day.

Associates all are willing to not just "point" to the right aisle but to go with me. They have searched their phones to find the products I am in need of. I appreciated Sara's help in the lighting section.

This store usually has what one needs. Getting help in specialty departments sometimes difficult. You have to aggressively seek someone to help out. And, everyone there isn't necessarily informative, although everyone seemed friendly enough. Just short on help.

It is a best place to buy all construction material.

Melody was extremely rude when I asked a question and gave me a attitude the entire experience and for working there for 13 years which her tag said she should know how to help a customer out and the store was dirty and unorganized.

after driving 3 hrs to get a specific item after calling store, they had it, walked into store and was greeted, very friendly, got item and left, people were very well trained, and they seemed to care, awesome, i wish that store was not so far away,

My wife and I were in there on 2/19/2021 at 7 o’clock in the evening ,we could not find any help ,finally we met a young man named Wes in the plumbing section and he took care of us ,was friendly very knowledgeable and got us everything we were looking for and out of there.

I have always had good experiences at our Home Depot store. They can always direct me to the product or tool I need and I NEVER have an issue with receiving the discount offered to Military Veterans. In fact I was told about the discount by a cashier who noticed my “USAF Retired” ball cap. It’s nice to have a clean, well stocked store available. I recently had to buy a washer and dryer, which is a stressful thing, and the person who assisted me was patient and answered all my questions without trying to steer me to any particular model. I appreciated that very much!

Employee Eva Navrkal was friendly and very helpful. She showed me the product that I need for my floor and Because of her I'm convinced to do my floor for my house.

We received great service and found the product we were looking for.

Store is understaffed. Not enough associates on the floor. Need to improve on the safety of some of the associates. Not properly stocked with lumber materials.

I went to buy a fridge and had a great experience. The garden cashier and Jovanna and a young man all helped me get one off of a pallet safely and quickly. I appreciated their help and friendliness.

This is a very clean and new looking Hone Depot location. I'm writing this review during their Black Friday sales event. The main aisle through the store is stocked full of great deals and merch! Finally; I cannot forget to mention the absolutely delightful customer service experience from cashier associate MariaIsabel. I left the store happier than when I came in. Thank you store 1001!!!!

The riding mowers are dirty. I bought my riding mower at Lowe’s because the one at my local Home Depot looked dirty and not taken care of.

Ordered a stove from this home depot on their website and was told that it was not an option to pick up the old stove and have this one installed. The stove I purchased was about $800 and it seemed appropriate for a home depot employee to connect it to the electric grid rather than leaving it outside and having a 60 year old woman who could not move it inside or connect it to the electric grid deal with it all by herself. We also asked before completing the order if we could move the old stove aside and make an additional payment to have a home depot employee properly connect it to the electric grid, but was told that was not an option. On September 15th, at 7 in the morning they dropped off the stove, just left it on the front steps, and took off without saying anything. I would give this review 0 stars if I could.

I wish all employees and customers would wear masks and observe social distancing during these dangerous coved19 times. I would feel much more comfortable and safer shopping.

I have utilized every department in Turlock Home Depot for my DIY home improvements and project. Consistently I find the employees are knowledgeable and if a specific question is out of their scope they will contact a team member that can. The store is generally clean and well stocked with helpful and friendly employees.

This store has improved in the last year. I seem to find the help when I need it and the prices are more competitive.
