One of our favorite places to go...especially with our dog Snoopy. Employee Tonja Ruffin is so friendly with us and our pup :)-She makes shopping a joy. We are CONSTANTLY doing home improvement or repair projects. Home Depot's customer service makes shopping for them a little more like date night lol

Love this store. I was in and out within a few minutes. Every time I go they always have exactly what I'm looking for. Very friendly

Came into the store tonight to get paint to finish my daughters nursery. For one, not ONE person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I had to find two associates, which I’m sure one of them was the manager. And still did not immediately stop when I walked up. One of the guys told me jt will be just a second. Well a second turn into almost 45 minutes. Another associate came to assist Im assuming and walked right past me. Did not ask if I had been helped or if I needed help. Then the two paint associates and the self checkout girl were all standing around talking to another customer. Which it took for the customer to tell one of the associates that I needed assistance. If it had not been for him, not one of the associates were going to ask me what I needed. I came at 7:30 and didn’t leave until 8:15. I am beyond mad at how I was treated tonight and more than likely will not come back to this location.

Every time I gor to Home Depo Tuscaloosa, I find what I'm looking for......

This Home Depot is great in almost every way. Always clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly in almost all of my encounters. The cashier Dearenda is the absolute best and a joy to see. My one complaint is that the kids carts/buggies are the only carts kept in the open for rain and sun and bird poop. All the orange buggies are under the awning but the ten or so kids ones are almost always wet and/or dirty and/or hot. Please move them to a better spot! My two boys love these but are usually disappointed when they can’t use one.

This Home Depot is always clean and clutter free. The employees are well trained and knowledgeable about the products that they offer, if not they will find someone else that does.

I've been working on my home remodeling for almost a year. I may have two weeks left to finish and it has turned out beautifully. And I want to thank the Tuscaloosa, Al Home Depot staff. Without their input I wouldn't have had the nerve to go through with it. It's gorgeous! Thanks Home Depot!

The store was clean. The prices were lower as compared to other like businesses. Employees were friendly, available and willing to help.

We have shopped at this store many times in the last 10 years and the experience today was the worst customer service we have ever had anywhere. The cashier was extremely rude, and the department manager was also very disinterested in our needs.

I was in good hands for ordering new doors and windows for our house.

When look at tubs 300 to 500 cost. Ask about installing they get you a name set up a appointment. Then that company won’t use home depot tubs you have to get there’s and it a lot more in cost.

A good place to buy all kinds of plants and other needed staff.

I recently purchased flooring from The Home Depot and had it installed. During the installation we ran into some problems and Gloria . was so very helpful. Gloria was the driving force with Romanoff when we noticed the flooring was stick up and with her help we are getting new flooring installed. Thank you Gloria and Home Depot.

Cashier dearenda was a sweetheart. She made our transaction very easy and nice. The gentleman who cut our window blinds was very nice also! I don’t remember his name, but was an older man.

Elizabeth in appliances is the best associate I've dealt with. She's very kind and showed great patience when helping me pick a washer. Lia at the Service Desk took the time to help me set up my credit card account online. Best workers there,

The store is clean and organized. The customer service is lacking though. They may assist you but they aren’t necessarily friendly when doing so.
