Employees don't know where items are located. I asked two different people where an item was and they both were wrong. One of them even looked it up on a handheld device he had. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Store sucks I go to return an item and you asked for a I'd eventhough I have a recipe

This location always has what I need and the prior service men that work there are very attentive to detail and make sure I always get what I need. Hoo Rah!!!

This home depot is conveniently located to my home. I usually can always find what I want. The employees have always been available to help me find what I'm looking forward.

This Home Depot in Tustin has excellent customer service. I called when I had found that one of the glass chandeliers I purchased had a shattered part. I was directed to Mike in electrical and he was courteous and very helpful over the phone. He asked me to come back in so we could resolve the issue and when I did, it was fast and easy. He was understanding and courteous the entire time and I'm very grateful for his help.

I asked for help from “Lenny”, an older white male with grey hair, approximately 5’3”, in aisle 16 fasteners. I’m non-white and hardware is not my area of expertise, however I’m a typical successful productive member of the Irvine/Tustin community. “Lenny” was condescending, rude, and unhelpful. I ended up asking another associate for help and “Lenny” told that associate essentially not to help me because I was already helped. What kind of service is that? I was overly courteous in my dealings, but this guy was worse than the soup natzi in Seinfeld. Ultimately, I ended up guessing what I would need, purchased my items and left the store and immediately began filling out this survey. This is everyone’s worst nightmare going to a hardware store, to get worthless help, be made to feel like an idiot by the employee specializing in the parts you think you need, and having to guess what you need and hoping it works out when you get home. Im bothering to write this review because I’m sure there’s a lot of customers who silently suffer from this guy but won’t write a review. I’m sure for every one review there’s at least 10 people who had negative experiences with this guy but didn’t write a review. They probably told their friends and associates though. If I don’t hear back from Home Depot management that they reprimanded or fired this guy I won’t be coming back, I’ll be going to a competitor for my hardware needs.

Over Almost Home Depots are about the same summer bigger and summer smaller. But you guys always have a lot of product and low low prices.

Dina was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly while helping me pick out the best refrigerator for the money. Highly recommended.

The male employees forget to smile and great you nicely. Also Dont ask you if you need help. They walk really fast through the store like they are in a hurry to avoid being asked question. Most of the time the store is not even busy

Nice costumer service

The store was neat, clean and nothing "extra" in the aisles which may negotiating difficult. There is ALWAYS "floor personnel" to help. Brad O. in hardware was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help find what I needed. The company no longer makes the product. He referred me to other similar stores. Neither of which had what is needed and all agreed that it made no sense for the manufacturer to discontinue making the part. Even purchasing a totally new handle does not solve the problem because the locking part is no longer made. No long waits at the registers.

The lamp department is very attractive.

I am really encouraged and pleased with my professional interaction with Home Depot employees. They were very detailed and able to complete a difficult transaction to my satisfaction. I purchased a garage door opener and although I lost the receipt they were able to add installation when I came back 5 days later. I understand it was difficult to locate a transaction 5 days prior without a receipt when I paid in cash, The associates when above and beyond, located my transaction, never blamed me for losing the receipt, they were able to successfully add a discounted installation to my garage door opener. Although it took me about 45 minuets in the store to get this done but I really felt respected and that they are doing every thing they can and are ready to go above and beyond to make my life easy.

Sophia the cashier was so nice saved money at the end of are total and did it without asking by the also she was cute. The store was clean well lit and maintained.

GREAT STORE AND THE PEOPLE THEIR HAVE BEEN REALLY HELPFUL ! I HAVE SPEND OVER 4 YEARS BUILDING MY OWN HOME FROM GROUND UP AND OFTEN GO TO HOME DEPOT EVERY DAY AND THEIR HELP HAS BEEN GREAT !

We came in for the kids clinic. At other stores this can be chaotic but here all of the tables are kept clean and we had a wonderful experience.

This Home Depot is sensational! The employees are knowledgeable, friendly; they cooperate with one another for my benefit. They get the materials I need - they know their products and often make suggestions - the are engaged and interested in making sure I succeed. As a result, I do succeed and then, of course, my clients succeed. Lovely!

This store generally has nice employees. This location is the second closest Home Depot from my home.

The store was generally clean and all the employees are kind and helpful. The check-out is quick, as long as there is no complications (like getting an 11-month warranty for a Christmas tree) that will hold up the line. If there are complications though, another checkout lane will open. Overall, very satisfied with this store.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON SOME MEASUREMENTS AND BRANDY & NARGIS IN WINDOW TREATMENTS HANDLED THE SITUATION WITH KINDNESS, CARING, AND SO VERY EFFICIENT! I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR THE PROMPT HANDLING OF MY SITUATION. SURE MAKES LIFE EASIER WHEN TRYING TO GET THINGS DONE AROUND THE HOUSE. BESIDES THE FACT THEY WERE FUNNY, FRIENDLY AND SO SINCERE! THIS JUST DOES NOT HAPPEN IN RETAIL STORES ANYMORE. THANK YOU BRANDY, NARGIS AND HOME DEPOT!
