Helped to over kitchen appliances for my nephew and his wife for their new home and was very happy with the transaction, delivery, etc.

Jan the cashier was so nice and amazing

I live an hour south of Utica and come up to the area for medical appts. Although I have a Homedepot nearer to my house, I like to shop in this Utica store because it is well stocked. The employees are friendly and always helpful. The store is well lit and clean.

I started buying railing for my deck after finishing my plumbing project.

Went to replace some cellular shades. I’ve done it at other locations and it ends up being a time consuming process. I came here and the process was quick and efficient! Andres, the sales associate knew exactly what he was doing and made sure I left with exactly what I needed.

Couldn't get through the aisles and no help

This store is total mess. Can't walk in the aisles. Product is on floor. Shelves are mess as well. Huge change in past 2-3 years.

I found the product I was looking for with ease. The sales representative in the flooring department was phenomenal, her name is Jackie. Jackie was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and polite. Jackie made my shopping experience a great experience. The store is clean and the sales associate were friendly.

Store is dirty and not staffed. Freight and garbage all over the floor.

The store has more help than I ever seen at Home Depot, cleaned too. The associates are pleasant and helpful when asked a question about an item, the employee will walk you to the item where it is located. Great customer service.

Very nice employees Better then other Home Depot’s

Have done business with Home Depot in the past, but found customer service and cleanliness were not the best. This visit was outstanding. Associates were all pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. Store was clean....and well stocked! I will surely be doing more business with Home Depot in the future. They made my purchase much easier.

No one offered me any assistance at this store. I was near multiple employees who were focused on talking to one another over helping me.

This Home Depot seems to be very busy with large contract buyers as there is always a lot of contracting trucks in the lot. It would seem that the normal buyer would be greeted with some one asking what a person needs and then direct them to that spot. There are so many materials and sections that I often end up walking all over. It is sometimes hard to find a person to ask.

There are really good workers that i always go to when i shop in home depot. Dont really shop anywheres else.
