I was happy with the service, knowledge, and helpful attitude of the young man who helped me with my decision on replacing my old carpetung

I thought i needed a whole new smoke detecter but joe checked it out and saw the problem nd assisted me in getting the right batteries and reset it so i wound up buying all my batteries for all my detectors just because of how Joe helped. Joe you are the man thanks again

Flow of checkout online is so easy and user friendly. Originally we were very disappointed that our appliance arrival date got pushed out more than a month and a half. But customer service helped us refund the order so we could get a different one more quickly.

All my appliances came from Home Depot and now all my carpeting and windows are also

Excellent customer service. I started making a purchase online and there was an issue with my coupon. I went in person to the store and the employees there were very knowledgeable and able to quickly help me with my purchase. All the staff are very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions.

Alex gave the best customer service and experience. Everything he said rang true. Very appreciative. Front desk personell including Rachel were helpful, friendly and prompt but Alex went way beyond the call of duty. Service in a service economy, you don't find that too often anymore.

I love Home Depot in Valparaiso, IN. There is always someone willing to help you & they have a large variety of products.

Bought a 1000 sq feet of tile. when I showed up it was ready and on time. Valpo has good service and employees.

If you are looking for appliances just ask for Sarah, she is the most helpful sales person I have dealt with. I was paying by check so we had to go to customer service counter and they couldn't have been friendlier or helpful as well. Overall easiest shopping experience!!

Just a quick shout out to Home Depot! Adam in flooring was amazing! Totally helped me get the right product and helped with purchase and pick up options! He was great. Taylor at the service desk...rockstar! Lets see there have others, always friendly and kind. Marcos in paint was great and the gals at check out, super friendly! Kudos HD, well done!

This store is well staffed, clean & stocked. I will drive the extra ten minutes to go to this Home Depot. Friendly employees and well managed.

The store had an easy to use website and had the item described online. There were enough staff to assist customers and they were pleasant and helpful. The price of the item that I purchased was comparable to other stores and was good quality. Although Home Depot is a bit of drive for me, the customer service was refreshing!
