Twice in a row I was denied an email receipt because the cash register clerk was in too much a rush to close the sale for me to select the ‘email receipt’ option. When I complain they just don’t care.

Was shopping for a half hour - had 3 helpful associates asking to help me and then checked out with an associate named Amber who was the most sincerely helpful associate I have ever encountered in any store.

I shop at Home Depot on a regular basis. They always seem to have what I need and help and assistance is always available.

Since moving to Nokomis/Venice area 3 weeks ago This Home Depot location has been a daily stop and sometimes multiple daily trips. The staff is always eager to help, kind to everyone, very professional, and extremely helpful. I can’t thank the staff enough, I’ll see you all tomorrow.

Store alway a mess with rolling ladders blocking isles, boxes everywhere and never anyone that can assist with home improvement issues or questions. Never a pleasant experience at this particular store. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!,

My first visit to a Home Depot in the state of Florida… what a pleasant suprise! Plenty of Friendly helpful staff working in a well stocked clean store…not what I am used to. It was a very pleasant experience & I will return!

Have always been pleased with the assistance of employees of Home Depot; regarding the present needs required at the visit.

I went into the store to purchase a battery operated weed eater. The gentleman who helped me in that department was very friendly and very helpful. I purchased a weed eater that after using it I was very happy with the product. The store was neat and clean. The selection of products was good.

A suggestion, please move your rental vehicles from in front of the store. My wife and I are both handicap and there are not many handicap spaces in the from of the store. Thank you for allowing feed back.

Customer Service is outstanding, and the Store Manager went above and beyond when I got locked out of my truck with my 3 y.o. who was having a meltdown. I was on the verge of tears, as I didn't have my cell phone on me to call anyone. She took care of every detail of helping us out. Also on other visits, the staff there was incredibly knowledgeable on every project I have ever attempted.

Have to say, everyone in the Venice Hope Depot store is very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and you cant beat them helping you load your car. Top notch
