I went into the Vicksburg, MS store to have 2 keys made, as I stood there by the key machine 3 employees to include one that was at the self-check-out registers behind me ignored me. After the 2 employees walked right by me giggling and laughing between each other I turned to the employee at the self-check-out registers and asked for assistance. She then came over to assist and cut the needed 2 keys. Once she was done cutting the keys, she wouldn’t hand me the keys to go to checkout. She kept the 2 new keys and held my original key hostage. She asked me if I would be paying cash or credit and I told her credit, she still held onto all the keys and scanned them in herself instead of allowing me to scan them in like I’ve done many times in the past. After she scanned them in, she still pulled them away from me as I walked to the register to pay. Once she saw the look on my face, she then placed them on the register, and I paid and walked out. If this is the treatment that I’m going to receive whenever I attempt to purchase items from Home Depot, I’ll make the 40-minute drive to Lowe’s and give them my business instead.

I made purchases at Home Depot recently, and was very pleased with the products and the pricing.

The store has many of the things you need day to day. The lumber stacks are often untidy which leads to warped boards and having to sift through them to find one that is straight. Vegetable and fruit trees are often either limited in selection or supply.

Monica and Ken are the best they were very helpful knowledgeable and professional during my experience.

We are in the store 4-6 times a week. They are always very helpful and friendly. Always go above and beyond to help us find what we need in store and ordering.

Staff was super helpful. From the new employee (forgot her name) to the manger to the guys that assisted us with a carryout. The new employee didn't have the answer for us and took the time to find the answer and get the manager to assist us on getting our answer. Once we decided on our product two employees helped us load our stuff and was very nice. It was really a very nice shopping experience and I'd go back to the store everytime

As a contractor my business thrives on the relationship I have with my materials supplier and my local Home Depot is secon to none.

We visited the Home Depot in Vicksburg n the staff was so friendly n had a lot of patience with us n they greet you coming in n throughout the store n living ok we really love this store ok ☺️ CC Roddy.

Floor employees act as if the customer the customer is invisible.

Store employees very knowledgeable about not only their department but others as well. Cashier was extremely pleasant and nice. Will shop at this location again. This was my first time there but will not be my last.

This is the most poorly managed and worst staffed Home Depot store I have ever visited. Some kid about 10 years old was racing around the store pushing a cart with her 2 younger siblings all over the store. I asked 2 different employees to stop her and they ignored my comment, turned and walked away from me. And there is stuff filling the aisles so you cannot get past it with a cart, and many aisles are blocked with those barriers because some employee was using a lift at some time in the past.

The employees greets you when you first walk in and when you leave

This store will not let handicap customers checkout at the return counter. This is where the handicap power chairs are and the handicap parking is near. We have to ride the length of the store to checkout the ride back to the return counter to leave the power chair. The power runs out all the time. This is so rude. Other home depot stores allow checkout at the return counter.

My recent visit to the Vicksburg store was a very good one.

The employees and Managers where VERY NICE AND PLEASANT. I RECOMMEND THIS HOME DEPOT❤️❤️❤️❤️

The products I was looking for were not in stock. No I did not get any assistance Some areas were. Did not encounter with any associates because they seems to stay out the way to keep from giving any assistance.

Victoria, in the paint department at this Home Depot was beyond exceptional! She was such a sweetheart and went above and beyond to help me with my needs! They did not have the particular paint that I wanted in a 5 gallon bucket, so instead, she improvised and gave my 5 1-gallon cans to ensure I was able to paint my nursery exactly how I wanted to! She even charged me for the 5 gallons total (with manager approval) instead of for 5 1-gallon cans which would have been way more expensive!

I absolutely love shopping at the store for the most part the associates are friendly helpful and professional and they go above and beyond to connect you with the products and services that you are seeking. My only indifferent experience was with a delivery and install that i was very dissatisfied with but the store managers went above and beyond to rectify the problem.

I will never shop at this store again!!!!!!!

Overall I think Home Depot in Vicksburg, MS is a great store I can stay in there all day if I could. On a scale from 1-10 I give them a 10.
