This is my new go to hardware/project store. Awesome staff.

Most if the plants in the garden center were in dire need of water. Most were looking have dead and some were! Also no one to ask for assistance in the garden center or the store for that matter. Was looking for trellises and ended asking another customer if she had seen them.

Friendly, helpful staff who are able to answer questions.

I went to home depo to get screws..... And got washer, drier,stove,and refrigerator for a great price. The sales lady Maria was awesome!!!

I’ve been patronizing this store for years. Since I moved in the area 23yrs ago and It’s location to my residence is very convenient. Most of the time my experiences have been great. In the garden Cntr, tool rental, Home Improvmt, hardware etc. just an all around great store.

I just went in to get boxes for moving and Moses was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I used self check he still offered assistance in any way he could! Please keep him around!

We found our gas grill and the best part was it was on sale and already assembled and a nice person gladly helped us load this purchase into our car! Very satisfied with Home Depot on every trip we make there!

I was just walking through the store and was asked if I needed help finding anything. I cannot say I always get that question in other stores I go to. It is great to have helpful staff!

Your electric carts are a serious problem for me. I have a difficult time walking for walking any long distance. Your carts are set for a heavy person, I'm a slender person. They stop if I move around, or stand up to get something. Seriously frustrating!!!! Kroger stores have same company brand carts, they are MUCH BETTER. Please consider them. Thank You.

Unbelievable unprofessional cashier. I am sad to say this cashier has been allowed to continue her behavior. I called to speak with a manager and another employee defended the rude cashier and wouldn’t give me her name. Usually it’s on the receipt- she must have keyed in a number only BC there’s no name on the receipt. Spending $$$ here every couple of days. After Pro desk hours. …. Regular check out. Pro desk is sooooo much better. I’ll do business during the day to avoid the regular Cashier

Great prices... that's why I shop here!

While shopping at the store looking for materials to have my basement remodeled, I got some very helpful advice from the lady in the paint department. Also from the lady in the carpet department. While I was googling info on deals at Home Depot, I discovered that they had an 11% rebate. Very well kept secret! I have made several large purchases and never knew about the rebate! It needs to be advertised. I shop here a lot and I really feel cheated out of my rebates.

My experience was somewhat different on Saturday (7/24). While at the store, and only as "Mother Nature" could do it, there was a tornado alert. The employee's 'did their job,' and got everybody to the tornado shelter area. The employee's made sure everyone was comfortable with seating and water to drink. They kept us (my 18 mo. grandson, others, and me) informed about the tornado alert conditions and when they got the "all clear" notice, they released us to continue to shop or go home. Unfortunately, the exit-door (while it poured down raining outside), was leaking very badly. Nobody got wet, hurt or anything like that! Good plan for preparedness, safety, and protection. Keep up the good work employees!!!!
