I bought bike lights and other small items

I went in multiple times for various projects, and was greeted by someone each time within a minute or 2 into the store. Ryan in plumbing new what I needed and how to use what I was getting, showing me a quick overview of how it can be installed.

We moved to NJ a year ago and the West Long Branch Hime Depot has been much more accommodating than the Home Depot on Staten Island in Tottenville. Employees are more helpful and knowledgeable of the products

Products are always happily returned or exchanged when needed

I needed to buy a couple of items due to a home repair emergency, I went to Home Depot and asked where I can find the items I needed and the employees were polite and directed me and assisted me and helped with my purchase.

opinion based on 3 trips 2 retail associates the first was good. The second Associate was the best assistance I have ever had in any retail environment. They were able to provide alll the items I needed. Store was neat easily searched and clean associates very helpful.

Shags at customer service is a poor example if a CSR. She was rude and abrupt to myself and the customers before me. Send her to the stock room if she doesn’t know how to satisfy customers. Also I presented her with a receipt from the Home Depot app and she refused to look at it done the bar code wouldn’t load. So on top of being rude she is also lazy and inept.

Tom and zack in plumbing were very helpful. Qiana at checkout was helpful, too.

At checkout 2 of the associates offered a savings if you opened a Home Depot Credit CArd and also told us about sweepstakes. Everything was lávela nd easy to find and questions were answered. Thanks.

One store representative helped me find the cordless lawnmower I wanted, as well as the grass seed, turf builder, and seed spreader. Since I was inside the semi- outdoor portion of homedepot, I was second in line. Indoors the wait would have been Significantly Longer.

Anna is such a friendly and patient employee. She answered all of my questions and was a genuine pleasure to chat with. Thank you Anna! I would return to this store again!

Associates are very helpful and especially do it yourself projects. I have save a lot of money on do it your self projects.

My family and I are currently working on a bathroom renovation which has become quite the big undertaking. The staff at this store is very patient, kind and helpful. I really appreciate everyone who has helped us along the way. Angela really helped us out in the tile department we want to give her big kudos!
