No one wanted to cut pipe, but Norm listened to my project and helped me by cutting 5-3/4"x10ft pipe to size for me! Disappointed in No Veterans Discount, would of left cut pipe IF it wasn't for Norm! He made the sale!

My husband had been looking for pecan wood for smoking food on the grill. It’s on of our favorite flavors for smoking. We got some chunks and chips for a great price and will be having smoked chicken thighs tonight.

My contractor told me about a product I had not heard of. At a different name store, they paged one young man who did not come to assist. I approached a different employee who told me just spray some foam and the young man they paged (his attire had been described to me) acted as though I wasn't there. At this store however, the employee knew what I was talking about and directed me to Donna Sue who knew EVERTHING!! She walked me way over to the product and explained how to use it. This is now my new store.

Watching Jeffrey, in his wheelchair, quickly buzzed out into the parking lot and pushed a heavy cart back in for the customer in his chair. Most people and employees ignore the small things. This guy was on fire. I appreciate any store that invests in folks stuck in a wheelchair or have any other challenges.

We went in to price flooring for one of our rentals. We had come from another store like home depot down the street. We were pleasantly surprised at the price of the flooring. We had planned on just pricing today, but ended up buying today because the price was lower than the store we had just left. Thank you!

Recently bought a fixer upper, and have been shopping near daily here for items needed. Every time I come, associates are friendly,and the store is clean. Aisles have just enough grab and go type merchandise that I may have forgotten to get had it not been out posted! I like that the shelves aren't so packed that it's difficult to get the product, but there is definitely enough to buy multiples.

Great selection of the items I needed. I did order them online as they weren't in stock and had to wait almost a week to get the items. Excellent customer service when I came into the store and the layout was very well defined.

I bought a Power Smart snow blower. Already assembled. When I got the product home I adjusted skids, added oil, and gas. Started and ran well also had a little snow to clean up and the machine worked effortlessly performing the task. Really pleased.
