Rude customer service rep. I asked nicely to check on the price correctness of the Milwaukee Packout shelving system. Clearly the tag from the supplier marked wrong, thus the promotion didn’t ring up automatically. The promotion was buying 1 large wall plate ($40) get 2 accessories free. The tag was stapled wrong from the supplier themselves (it is the same as the small wall plate $20). I asked to see if they can look up the correct price ($40 instead of $20!!!! Really I asked to pay more here, not the other way around). She called someone and ask quickly and gave a mocking laugh response. The customer rep was rudely claiming I was picking the wrong things, didn’t even believe the photo I took of the promotion sign (at the same store!!), until I walked her there. She didn’t even bother asking if anyone else could help. She just consistently refusing she can’t fix the price or anything, and just wanted to rush me out of her queue. I ended up not buying the Milwaukee pack out system at all, and probably not returning to this store. I have spent a lot at this Home Depot for the house renovation this year.

I recently purchased a zero-turn lawn mower, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the service I received from Vince, Rebecca, and David. They walked me through the entire purchase and delivery process. I truly appreciate the entire experience I received at Home Depot. Great customer service.

Store was crowded but had everything we came for even though we had to walk the entire store. Our 16 year old Autistic son had enough and was becoming agitated and on the verge of a full blown meltdown. We stopped to get a couple hot dogs and Ahmet the hot dog guy saw this and immediately gave our boy a hot dog. This kind gesture helped calm him down. Great employee!

I have been coming to the Warrington HD for about a year now and I could not be more thankful for how helpful and kind everyone here has been, from the store manager on down. Every time I walk in now, I feel like family. They have given me great advice and saved me a lot of money on home renovations that I could not have otherwise afforded, and the number of people in this store who have gone above and beyond for me is astounding. I would recommend this store (and do) to absolutely anyone needing anything, from a box of screws to a new kitchen.

We had a problem with trying to adjust our pricing due to a sale that was going on and we expected a time-consuming effort. Nancy was able to fix things up for us quickly and with a smile, making the entire experience terrific! Thank you Nancy!

Richard, in Power Tools section, aka "the old guy" was very helpful in my shopping experience. I called the store and spoke with him on the phone to check the availability of a Ryobi Cordless Drill. He searched the system and held the item for me. I went to the store and picked up the item from him.

I definitely recommend this Warrington Home Depot. The associates here are dedicated with providing excellent customer service.

I had a return of two very heavy items that were shipped to me. When I got to HD, a young man by the name of Kevin asked if I needed help and when I told him that I needed help getting two heavy items out of my car he didn't hesitate for a second. Kevin's whole attitude was 'Ok, Let's do this' with a smile! Made my return so easy.

Never had a problem with this Home Depot.

So I'm a Halloween junkie and stopped here to just see what they might have, Debbie in seasonal, was right there to help check prices and see if there were other counts at other stores. After seeing how much I had, she suggested I open a credit account and get a reward back that I could use for this purchase. She walked me to the credit area and it was quick and easy! I also need to give a shout out to Eileen the cashier, who patiently helped to ring it all out.

I bought doors about 6 months ago and had to return them for another style. I expected a store credit after this amount of time but I received a credit back to my Home Depot card. Pleasantly surprised by this!

I have a little lamp the was not working properly. I took it to Home Depot in Warrington and Dan in Customer Service fixed it. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. I always shop at this location. It’s the best!

Employee unable to cut a board to messurements after going over it 5 times with him. I had to return to the store to get it right.
