I was in and out quickly with exactly what I needed. We are supposed to get a nasty ice storm today and none of our vans had ice scrapers. This location is fully stocked!! My cashier, Annamarie, couldn't have been more helpful! Thanks!!

I was in the washington twp sicklerville, nj location and I went in looking for a mop I saw online that was on clearance. Kristen was restocking the shelves using the lift and ladder. I asked her if she could help as there was only one item on the shelf and many on the wall, higher up. She looked and I asked her to check the price and it was the wrong price. Kristen went and looked on her handheld computer and found the item I was looking for and climbed back up the lift and found it, at the correct price and even took me to the register to confirm it rang up correctly. From start to finish Kristen went above and beyond. Wish you had a whole home depot full of this employee.

I filled out this positive survey, Noticed at the end it said Washington Township store???? HUH... I was in the East Windsor NJ store. Your Tech guys really should go back to school. Website is HORRIBLE from a Human Factors standpoint

Efficient and excellent shopping experience. I'm in this store quite a bit during each month. Staff treats me well and works hard to work out any problems/concerns. (Although very few, it any).

I stopped into this Home Depot to exchange 2 water lines I had purchased that were the wrong size. I was assisted by a Store Associate named Elise who was fantastic! She refunded my original purchase as cash so that I would be able to use the cash to pay for new water lines.

I bought so many needs for projects n never had to bring anything back including material in boxes

My Son in law mentioned what he would like for Christmas. I know nothing about tools. The sales girl who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. The store is very clean. I was in and out in no time. That is a + for me.

We were at the Home Depot in Turnersville NJ today shopping for power tools. Taylor was extremely helpful in deciding which circular saw to select for our needs. Very happy with the service, friendliness, and selection of Milwaukee power tools. We highly recommend.

Tonight I went with my husband to pick up 25 sheets of drywall for a project he will begin in the morning - our son was unable to help so this left me - and I am a 57 year old woman who has never had a whole lot of upper body strength. Still I was there to help my husband. A sales associate noticed I was struggling to lift the sheets and came over to help my husband load and then unload into our truck. Sadly this type of customer service is rare - finding someone who is kind is an even larger ask BUT today Jeremiah renewed my hope and my husbands hope in humanity. Jeremiah was obviously raised with some great work ethics and I would imagine his family is proud. Home Depot please continue to hire the best of the best because this young man made such an impression on us we will be loyal patrons & will purchase or project supplies here. Jeremiah - don’t let anyone steal away your kind attitude and the respectful drive within you. You are a good good man and the world needs more humans just like you! Same exact brand and product but even though Home Depot offers price match plus 10% on website I had to fight to get match and was refused the extra 10% . IT's wrong and a disgrace

I just want to thank Claudrene she was a cashier and was truly helpful and patient. I had both my little boys with me who were not listening and was very patient with them. She also saw that I had a big item and got another employee to help me load it into my truck. I appreciate everything!!!
