We have visited Waterford HD 11 days of our 1st month in New London. Have bought from every department New washer & dryer, electrical, cleaning, storage, shelving, paint, keys, the list goes on...☺️

Cashier Ashli was the best! You don’t find people like her in retail vet much any more. So helpful and walked the store with me until we found what I was looking for. Also interacted with my children. Give her a raise! You don’t want her leaving!

WAY to many products in the large lumber Isles, makes it hard to shop and load a cart then manover that cart.

I went to the Waterford, CT Home Depot for a package of Minwool insulation to finish a project. It was easy to find and the checkout was quick. The cashier was pleasant and efficient.

I bought tile and all the employees I worked with were kind and knowledgable.

I spent 15 minutes trying to get a person to answer questions. Three different individuals said they would 'find someone' but didn't. Eventually, and just as I was about to leave, a very nice young woman name IRIS showed up and was knowledgeable, friendly, and saved the day!! The checkout was limited to a couple of self-checkouts - with long lines - and one manned cash register - also with a long line and very slow cashier. Seems on a Saturday afternoon they could do better.

The store was relatively clean, the employees friendly, and one employee in particular, Iris should be commended for doing a fantastic job. She did everything she possibly could including finding things that were on top shelves to help me accomplish the task I went there for. She is better than excellent employee and she should be congratulated for her service.

The staff was very professional and respectful

Worst service Ive ever recieved, not one person in the department and was there for 2 hours for something that should have taken a 1/2 hour!

I have shopped at Home Depot in the past, and have received good service. I am not one to complain, but todays visit made me consider using another store in the future.

Everyone we met with at this store was friendly and helpful. Our experience was perfect.

Melinda was an absolute pleasure. Even when we made things a little difficult. Her smile made the entire experience very good. Zach was very helpful and also was a happy to assist us.

If you, as an American paying customer don't stand in the proper box to ask a question, the HD Comrade will reprimand you, embarrass you.

I have used this store for many years, associates friendly and help. Please clean the restrooms.

Cashier Emeline very short with answers ,rude and unprofessional every time not my first contact with her at customer service desk not personable what so ever

Derek loaded a bathroom vanity into my Buick Lacrosse. He made it seem so easy. Also he was very Professional and friendly.

Lawn/garden staff as well as customer service very attentive to my needs! Definitely needed assistance getting my item and they were there to assist!

Very poor customer service. The employee was rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. It was the worst experience I’ve had. I regret applying for the credit here versus another store. Employee Ana was beyond disrespectful.

Will not tell you to not shop here, will just tell you my experience was horrible and the return experience was even worse. Go to Lowe’s or Tractor supply.

The staff was friendly and cleaned the store as it was needed during this crazy time we live in of COVID.

Larry in Plumbing was excellent. Helped me find a specific o-ring in 2 minutes flat. I was in and out of the store like lightening. Thank you!
