I purchased a new stove today. Though it won’t be delivered until Monday, I am writing to express my thanks to the young man who assisted me. His name is John Reeves and he was absolutely amazing! I was greeted and assisted. He was very thorough and quite polite. Excellent service!!

Tom B worked diligently to ensure we had undamaged stringers to repair our deck stairs. He was both caring and efficient! With outstanding manners!

Chris did what he could to ease my anxiety over my Samsung Washer I bought less than two months ago and stopped draining on May 28th. Calls were made to Samsung which caused me to wait on hold for almost and hour. A service technician was supposed to make a call to my home on Wednesday, June 5th at which time they called stating the part didn't come in and wouldn't be coming until June 18th. They had no idea what the part was as they didn't assess the washer. Chris was very sympathetic of my problem and did what he could to help. I was at the point where I wasn't sure I would shop again for appliances at Home Depot as I have in the past. However, Chris demonstrated kindness and professionalism in handling the situation. I will continue to purchase appliances at Home Depot; actually, I did. Chris demonstrated that Home Depot is there for their customers. Thank you, Chris.

Purchased Behr oil based stain for our deck and shed. Had it tinted and it came out amazing. What a face lift it gave. There were so many color choices to choose from. It went on so easy and quickly.
