Simply the best customer service of all the Home Depots I have visited. Did not have to find some to help me they came to me!!!

Liked the parking lot shed display with a great selection of sturdy sheds, before entering the store. Garden dept strong on succulents, potted flowering plants and perennial grasses; containers. Knowledgeable, friendly associates, designers, & cashiers went out of their way and helped with LED bulbs and light fixtures, kitchen design, and cleaning aisle items. Calm ambiance in the store is a great improvement [+ no lines, including self-serve checkout].

I love my local HD. I always find what I need and then some.

As a contractor we are always on the road and constantly looking for restrooms. Not only do they have them they are always clean and comfortable. They are always cleaning the floors and organizing the racks. Very happy with Watsonville Home Depot.

Store staff was readily available to provide assistance promptly. Cashier was friendly and engaging.

I am doing my first rehab project and it can be stressful. I am so grateful and impressed with the staff at the Watsonville store. They are so helpful and have such a willing attitude. I have worked with at least 12 staff and they are all consistently there for me with the desire to help me get what I need. I really appreciate this group of people. Really great!

The garden area is always cool. Very helpful cashier. She also asked if I needed any help to assist in lifting or carrying the product into my car. She had a service with a smile and seemed to enjoy her job.

The store was super clean. The associates was extremely helpful and nice. The cashier needed to be a bit more friendlier. Seemed like she just didn't want to be there. Everyone else was great.

Whenever I shop at Watsonville Home Depot I encounter the nicest associates. Yesterday, however, I met the best one yet. He helped me with an order and then went over the pertinent points with a highlighter to make sure I knew what I was signing. In comparing other Home Depots I find that this Watsonville store has the most helpful and friendly people ever. I'm a Home Depot kinda guy.

The store is large spacious and though full of many itmes is well organized and freindly staff easily availalble to help find items if required..

We went shopping for a gift for a friend who wanted a cordless drill. Home Depot had a great assortment to choose from. We selected a drill we liked. We went home and I checked on line and the Home Depot prices was the lowest I found.

The cashier, Rosalba, in the gardening department was very helpful and I always enjoy interacting with her when I go to Home Depot

This is my favorite hardware store in the area and I like getting my veteran discount.

The store was great. What i neede was there and was easiky accessible.

this store has been easy to visit both during the day/ early afternoon, or after dinner the staff are super . i have parkinsons' disease and have trouble with balance. we are doing a remodel of our bathroom and are buying materials to make walls. , new vanity;mirrors. tile etc. the staff have been so nice in taking care of my need for help in loading materials. no "attitude' about it at all. it is a little more difficult to get to this store from our home , but i will gladly drive the extra to get to your store. d

Cashier was very respectful, friendly, and professional.

Its like pulling teeth to get people to help address a question.

I was pleasantly surprised by the associate Jazz who not only asked if I needed assistance, but graciously walked me to exactly what I needed and ensured I was satisfied with what I chose. She also then made sure I had everything on my list and when I needed another associate to bring down a BBQ from up high, she worked with her team members to section off the area and guided a new hire on how to properly caution off an area. Jazz not only made my experience a positive one, she also treated her co-worker with the same care as me the customer. That was what made my experience exceptional!

Had want I needed and were happy to help me with my purchases...go Home Depot! :D

The guys helped load over 125 large stepping stones, checking and replacing any that were chipped.

This store did not have what I was looking for and it took too long to get assistance.

Cashier Rosalba was knowledgeable with my last minute questions at check out. Wished there was more CFL choices and extension chords in the 14 gauge 6 ft cords though. Made the experience a bummer but Rosabla had suggestions that helped.

Products were where they were expected, however would like to see more variations on some products, for instance the gopher traps.

Michael in customer service was patient but tenacious as a bull dog in analyzing a discrepancy among store websites. I am very grateful for the effort he expended to turn my frustration to a satisfying experience.

I rec'd excellent help in paint dept, also on finding items on sale, and Daisy was a very helpful person at ''self checkout''...

Several visits I had outstanding service. People from other departments willing to help the store.Great team work. This my local store and thank you.
