We were completely out of material to fulfill our orders and Benita came through in the clutch. Order was rushed and our order came just in time!

This store has routinely had friendly and knowledgeable staff. Paired with the well stocked items and good prices this is the main hardware store we shop at.

We bought an artificial tree and our sales associate Jane was very helpful and polite. She answered all of questions and gave us suggestions on things and we were very pleased.

I’ve always loved Home Depot even during the times it’s been short staffed, which seems to be an American issue and not specifically Home Depot. I had a good experience today with Barry and appliances. Ethan and Marie in self check out and Jane was on the floor they were so helpful and it was very refreshing knowing when I come to Home Depot I can get help for my needs. Thank you so much.

I had the best experience that I've had in any big box store. Just like the good ol days. Good old fashioned customer service. I'll be making this Home Depot my store for now on. Thanks a million Carlos at the Pro Desk

Rochelle was amazing if you need help find her. She will go above and beyond to get help or help you. Sean (asst manager) was the complete opposite. Help a customer out, what? Very bothered that he was asked to help me. Did offer an alternative even though one was right in his face. Won’t be going back.

Both Rochelle and the paint dept gal were very helpful in my shopping trip at Wausau HD. Friendly and helpful.

It's a pleasure every time I go to the wausau home depot! The staff are always helpful and friendly, and products are organized well. It's also nice and clean.

I had just finished working 25 hours overnight.Needed huge jugs of floor stripper. I was exhausted, the weather was snowy.,associates helped me lift items in cart, checked me out quickly, then arranged for someone to help get purchase in Jeep.

Carlos helped me select the materials and calculate the amount needed for the job. He made all the arrangements for delivery.

Linda in the paint department is very knowledgeable and happy to help.

We were in the store deciding on carpet for our basement. The employee who assisted us was friendly and offered to show us some samples that we had not considered and told us more about the product and the satisfaction that others found with the same product.

My father in law and I went in to find plumbing to redo my shower and had no clue what to look for ray Armstrong was there to answer any questions or concerns we had will definitely be going back and if we have questions we know who to look for!!!!

I was just in and purchased rigid 18v 4.0 ah batteries 2 pack. The price listed was 99.99. So the gentleman that helped me was amazing. When i got to self check out they rang in at 199. The self check out lady was just rotten about it. All i wanted was the price to be honored. She mare me feel like absolute crap was ride and short towards me. Ive shopped ay this store for the las5 8 years remodeled 3 home onlu using home depot. Never have i ever been so disgusted by how i was treated. I love home depot but i may never go back after this

I enjoy going to Home Depot compared to other competitors. Staff is a lot friendlier and easier to find. Check out staff (Dee specifically) is always very friendly and ensure I had a good visit and found what was needed. Product is also easily labeled by isle markers and easy to find.

Shopped the store December 2022, and was appalled at the lack of professional service. Not only was the store assistant manager extremely rude but she didn’t offer to help me with the rest of the items I needed for my tub I bought, and then let some other associate grab a tub for me that I assumed was what I needed because I communicated it exactly to her; but instead I got the opposite tub I needed, and I had to make a separate trip to exchange the tub.
