I went into the store to pick up a couple of things and was out of there in about 15 minutes. No problem at all.

Was there twice this past weekend and the store was an absolute mess. Aisle were almost impassible, or you were doing the Serpentine moves to get thru the store. Staff not knowledgeable at all if they ever noticed customers at all.

Had some issues with my Company card and the employees where helpful and understanding. Thank you

This Home Depot for me - a DIY beginner is the perfect place to go to for supplies and advice from knowledgable staff.

Not only is the website easier to use, but the app is more easier than other improvement stores. I have only had positive experiences since buying my home. I have come here a lot for home stuff. Now I am using them to get a fence.

Was completely ignored by 3 workers while at the paint counter. Two were looking at something on one of their phones and having a conversation. All 3 noticed me but did not offer help. One I had learned from a previous visit was the supervisor! Have always received excellent service from Prince in the past, but this was rude enough to not shop here again.

Your prices are unbeatable.

We were looking for someone to help us purchase a fridge No one was around so we went to the front desk where Juan the manager came to help. He was so very helpful. Helped explain, check in to things, and double check everything. Much appreciated

Just checked out with a “cashier” i was not acknowledged, her personal cell phone conversation continued through my transaction, no hello, thank you, goodbye. Who is training these people?! Who is training the manager to let this happen?

Go anywhere else. Employees there won't help and will give attitude if you ask them to.

Unbelievable. Cashier swearing. Also overheard that there were no managers working the rest of the day? Before 5 o'clock? I will not shop at this place again.

Eli was very polite, patient and helpful! He took care with cutting my new blinds to match the old ones I brought to store. Was very happy!!!

I do use this particular Home Depot store more often than there other stores because of the very good service they provide.

I had many questions regarding flooring. I found REGGIE and he was fantastic. Answered my many questions and verified online everything was correct. He gave me all the time I needed him. Kudos to him.

I had and associate named Robin help me with the cleaning products and I’ll far she went well above and beyond anything I could’ve hoped for. Was very pleasant and had very helpful suggestions!

Sales associate Brett was very helpful to us even though he was on his break. And cashier Naseem is always a pleasure to work with at checkout. Both are good representatives of you store.

It’s so hard to navigate the aisles of this Home Depot. The aisles almost always have pallets in the middle and rarely can you find assistance.

I truly appreciate the customer service at this location Ta’veon Roberts and Shai was very informative and helped us tremendously. Me and my aunt had a great shopping experience and it was humorous. I enjoyed my shopping trip today.

So many dead and dying plants. Sure the Annuals look nice, but in the back all of the shrubs and trees were wilting or dead, and no one seemed to care. Not a water hose in sight. Go down the street to steins to pay a little more for living plants.

I needed multiple items from the store and I was able to find everything that was needed. In particular, I found an excellent price for a 80 foot landscapers electrical cord that was accidentally cut through.

The employees always had negative attitude and seem ungrateful for their job! If you don’t like it then quit! But I shouldn’t have to deal with it when I’m coming to spend my money!

Jovantae in flooring was really nice and very helpful. He was patient and he laughed at my jokes. He even loaded my flooring into my truck for me. I pass a couple of other Home Depot’s to go to this one and Javontae is a great example of why.

I always have a good experience when I shop at this Home Depot.

The teamwork with a group of young teenagers was awesome.

I had a refreshingly great customer service experience with the manager Andrew T. He helped me order some flooring which was not even the department he was in. He was extremely patient and happy to help even though it took longer than we expected due to my gift card issue.
