love the pain i bought

In the past 2 months we have bought so many items at Home depot to remodel out home. We have had some excellent experiences and times when it is hard to find someone to help. It is one of our favorite stores and hope that all employees will be trained in customer service. One day 2 young men helped, Justin and Fernando, and we were just so happy that these two young people had the customer service mindset. We were on cloud nine and wearing a big smile the rest of the day.

I have bought all material for 3 Houses I remodeled and so far happy with the information regarding pro extra. Great discounts too

Bought a washing machine today, and right away was automatically helped by jo Anne, who showed us an even better washing for cheaper. She filled out the paperwork in a matter of minutes and was a good experience.

Over the last 12 yrs this HD has been the place I have gone to purchase most of what I have needed for my home. I have been very happy with the availability of products, the prices, and the customer service.

The store aisles are cluttered and difficult to pass with merchandise, especially when using a flatbed cart. Service employees shy away from customers and at times are not proficient enough to offer quality technical advise. The paint department did provide superior quality service and good technical service. I strongly recommend this department. The prices are competitive or cheaper than most of the mom and pop lumber companies.

Employees should be a bit more friendly and at least give a “Hi!” Makes the shopping experience more Awsome!!

wish you would have a more budget friendly prices on the zero turn lawn mower. Really would like to own one but they are a bit expensive

I went to get a specific fertilizer...I purchased 2 other items, I really didnt need, and may return soon. I went to self checkout, and found out the 2 fertilizer Products I use on my Worlds Hottest, and rarest Peppers; Had expiration dates of 12-18-2018...I told the girl, I would buy all the dusty, and dirty shelve products for my Various mulch piles instead. It helps break down organic matter, if she could ask a manager for a discount.. Initially, she offered me a 10% discount...I asked for a better one from a mgr..She returned, and said" I cant even sell it to you!" I said, No return? I was willing to buy it all. She said No. So, I asked; "What are you going to do, with all that expired stock?" She said, "We will probably just throw it away!" I left very upset!!! I drove from Alamo for fertilizer! She refused to get a store mgr, and refused to sell me what I grabbed from the Garden Center!!! Horrible Business Practice!!! Sell it, to get rid of it! I didnt know it was expired, till I scanned it, and saw the date? 3 yrs expired! I would have still bought it at a deal? All Stock! Instead, Home Depot lost a bigger sale, and I may cancel my Home Depot Credit Card!!!

Great store to shop in. The store is clean and organized compared to other lumber stores.

I would like to take my time to leave a review about an awesome employee his name is George Castro from hardware we are a young couple looking for a utility trailer with no knowledge Mr. Castro took the time to explain every detail and capacity of the utility trailer and helped us pick the correct one after our purchase he helped us set up the utility trailer in nonstop rain we had a small issue with a hitch ball that was too big in our truck he recommended what size to buy we did and our problem was easily fixed .. Thank you mr George for making our shopping experience so smooth and pleasant

I've always been a Home Depot shopper. But when I went to this store I received such a bad experience that it makes me want to consider driving to another store further away. We went in to buy a washing machine and saw a single one that was discounted and had a yellow tag. Well the employee walking by said for me to take the paper up front to pay for it and return back to load the washer onto a cart. Well when I went up front the cashier didn't believe the washer was discounted after showing her a photo and the tag. Then she said my husband had to go get the washer on his own. When I asked if he could get some help she said "No he has to go get it on his own." Thankfully there was a customer nearby that held the cart for my husband while he loaded it himself with employees walking by and no one offered to help. After finally paying and I asked if we could at least get help outside and she again said ignored me and began helping the person behind me. This experience overall was so disappointing and I don't plan on shopping there anymore.

The store was clean and our sales associate Haroon Mughal was friendly as well as all the staff. Very happy with our purchase

Friendly staff but shop during the week if you need personal attention as the weekends bring in high volume clientele and team members are very busy.

This store is one I shop at often while we are in Texas during the winter. I was so pleased at how kind and helpful Elizer was in assisting me. He went above & Beyond. The store is always clean and I can always find what I'm shopping for there.

Bad customer service. The couldn't even give change for a $100.00 bill. And wanted me to step aside when they had my money but no change. Very rude.

Nanette always friendly and available with any assistance needed.

I am an amputee with a prosthetic leg, but unable to walk comfortably. I used a automatic cart. We checked out at the self check out booth. A young man (employee) approached us (me & my wife), and helped us find the correct bar code to scan. He then got us another employee to help us outside and load the freezer we bought into our pickup truck. Thank you for your professionalism. Mike Jolly

Store was clean and organized/ associates were ready to help our / great job / friendly cashier.

Customer service was horrible in the wood department and pro desk. If it wasn't for the outside employee being courteous and helpful (Joey M) it would have been a completely horrible experience.

Will go back and do some more shopping. Nice refrigerators and stove in great new colors.
