We had to get materials for a whole new roof. The employees that helped us, were amazing. the lumber help desk and cashier at the order desk were wonderful, kind and patient cause of some glitches (scanner wouldn't work) we still had smiles. Good people there.

For good customer service go to the West Branch Home Depot!!

My husband and I have had a good experience with the West Branch, Michigan store. At times we have had to wait for the flooring rep to arrive in order to verify order and schedule installation, we have been happy for the service. I had previously ordered an appliance and had to reschedule drop off and pickup multiple times. Scheduling for an appliance is challenging.

This is our go-to hardware store for the past 3 years. The reasons are very simple: - always stocked well - very friendly welcoming and helpful attitude of all the staff - always greeted with a smile - always extremely clean (all weathers!!) - well organized - great atmosphere

It was a good mix of every genre of music. My friend, myself and a store employee were all vibing at the same song. Keith was a cool dude! Super helpful too

I was surprised at the variety and size of the store for being not a major town. The employees have been very helpful on all our visits so far in helping me find the items I needed.

Have a dryer coming can't wait

This was the last store I visited to get the number of kitchen cabinet hardware I needed. The merchandise was ready and waiting for me. I was even able to get additional pieces of hardware just in case I needed it!

The West branch Home Depot is by far the most helpful courteous store I have been to bar none

Only 1 checkout lane open, line was maybe 15 customers long because the front line customer's payment method didn't work. It took 19 minutes for HD to open a second teller. My total wait in line was 27 minutes. HD is the only lumber store within 30 miles so I have no choice but to go there. I wish I had a different choice.

Was in and out and on my way. Lawn mowers performance is exceptional!

The store was very clean and neat everyone that we talked to was very nice I will shop here again

Extremely happy with the purchase of our washing machine. Loved the rating of it and will be eventually purchasing the matching dryer.

We build our retirement home near West Branch and was in the store quite a bit. We had good experiences in every department. Everything from shower tiles, to a bag of cement. We never had a problem, always a good experenece.

Rob went above and beyond to make sure that we got the washer that we wanted.

We bought a base cabinet, wall mount cabinet and counter top. The boxes were up high and out of reach. The young man working in the department really hustled. He was super nice, prompt, very responsive to our questions and needs. Wish we remembered his name to give him credit...Awesome comes to mind!
