Great people, clean store

I am handicapped and i had to go around the store and find a person to help

Imran the cashier was hasty in confirming an item rang up correctly after he asked me to go take a photo of the sale sign. I showed him and he pretended to look at the SKU but he did not do this correctly. Instead he found a different item on my receipt and told me that it rang up as the sale price. Once I got home, I saw he had not been thorough in his work and this kind of thing has happened with their paint deals as well.

Everyone is helpful and if one can't answer your question, they will find someone who can.

Associates are available and friendly. They very often will stop what they are doing to walk customers to the location of of products and help them make selections if needed. Always ask if they can further assist the customer before they leave.

Great location, well stocked most seasons,livable prices.

The staff was very friendly and checkout was smooth and fast with warranties offered but not forced on you, only complaint is the special buys along the front walkway could be more presentable and prices more viewable.

If you need paint see Connie. She has a great eye for matching colors & knowledge of the paint products.

what makes shopping at Home Depot on the mile in Frederick is the employees. Always one around when you need help and always friendly. You don't see that in many stores these days. And always enough checkers so you don't spend half your day in line waiting Nice.

We shop at The Home Depot all the time. We were there tonight and even mentioned to a clerk that it seemed like we were there as much as she was. We only live about a mile from The Home Depot and it comes in handy living so close. Most of the time we find what we need there and probably shop there more than any other Hardware Store. Most of the associates are friendly and helpful, especially a lady name Lovey (spelling may be wrong) and a guy named Cletus. The store could be a little more organized. Not all of The Home Depot stores are alike and sometimes can't find what we are looking for but they do have plenty of associates usually around to help you..

Great customer service

I went into the store 11/11/19. I asked for assistance a very friendly and helpful gentleman named Jerrl assisted me. He really went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction! With that being said, I walked out of there with the exact item I was looking for. He made my shopping experience a great one. Then during check out, Sonia checked me out and her customer service skills were fantastic. I will definitely come back to this location!

The West Frederick Home Depot is a great store, knowledgeable and great customer service.

Bill and Romie in the garden department are very helpful. Bill has a lot of knowledge to share regarding gardening and grass seed. Very positive person.

Double check price at checkout, they have mislabeled items. Good luck if you need the cashier to call someone to verify the price, they will disappear to later come back to make excuses why they didn't verify the price (while you are waiting at the cashier).

The support staff in the lumberyard especially Giovanni are super helpful. They help me organize my bill of material psyche complete my job cost effectively and with high quality.

This is a great store, everyone is super helpful and friendly, and management goes above and beyond to be helpful, it is much appreciated.

Not a fan of box stores but this Home Depot has a very local feel. Its easy in and out. Associates are friendly, responsive and if you need appliances Ryan Thompson is a joy to work with. He's knowledgeable, congenial and helpful. I hate buying appliances...he makes it easy. I never leave without a smile after shopping with Ryan.

This is one of the nicest Home Depots I have been to. It is clean, organized and everyone is really really nice

Fantastic service

I love the women's bathroom at the W. Patrick Home Depot in Frederick, MD. The tile was beautiful. We visited the store to find a shed and a oven range and store associate, Ms. Chennelle, was extremely helpful and patient with us and explained every detail of what we needed to know about the decisions to make regarding the shed purchase, installation, etc. We are trying to upgrade our house to sell it.. the backsplash for the kitchen is our next project. We will need to attend a Home Depot class on it. The store was clean and The associates were friendly and helpful. The store is really busy on the weekends so we feel visiting on a week day was better.

I go often, as I am a homeowner who always needs something, but what I like best is the garden department. I usually swing by it no matter what else I came to buy. Someone really takes cares of the plants. And those who work there always seem to be cheerful.

My wife and I always appreciate the friendly service and knowledgeable employees at our local (Frederick, MD) Home Depot.
