DISAPPOINTED THAT DELIVERY WAS NEVER MADE NOR WAS A CALL MADE REGARDING THIS MATTER-OVER $1200.00 PURCHASED FROM GARDEN CENTER AND THEY DID NOT HAVE PRODUCT. WE HAD TO CALL ON THE DELIVERY DAY AFTER WAITING HOURS FOR A CALL TO ESTABLISH TIMELINE-BAD SERVICE!

Know what you need and where it is before you get there, cause no one there is going to help you. They will literally turn and stare at the floor as they walk by to avoid helping.

The gentleman that helped me in the lighting department and the cashier Kelsea were great!

I have been shopping at this location for nineteen years. Usually it is a very positive experience. But recently I found that the item I needed was listed on the website as unavailable for several weeks - when they actually had an abundance in stock. When I physically visited the store during the Covid-19 epidemic in May 2020 I witnessed HD employees either not wearing masks or wearing them below their noses. This does not instill me with confidence in HD's desire to retain customers.

During corona virus time, employees were cleaning carts regularly and counting number of people carefully. We had to wait in line outside, and line had distancing marks on the ground. Reps in kitchen dept. are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

I've been to Home Depots in our area at least three times a week for a bathroom renovation we had scheduled before this crisis. The Western Hills store is laid out nicely, things are organized, especially in the plumbing department, and the staff has always been willing to help sort out any issues that arose with pick-up orders or items not being in stock. I'd definitely recommend this store.

Workers in garden center are nowhere to be found and rude. Did not take customer service seriously. Took me 30 minutes of wondering around to find someone that could answer my question. Other than that, shelves were stocked and not a very long wait time to checkout.

Usually, the staff assigned to a given 'department' has greater personal knowledge of that Dept's inventory, & applications. More knowledge than the staff I've encountered in a competing LARGE Home Improvement retailer.

I was so happy to get the help tonight 3/10/2020 from Kayla who works at the paint counter. She assisted me to find all 5 items on my list, I was in and out in 15 minutes, and I was very pleased! The store was clean, organized and everyone was helping everyone there. The Cashier Sharlot was very helpful too! Go around 8pm and you'll get what you need fast! Thank you

We had the best Home Depot experience ever today ! Happy, friendly staff that genuinely cares. Mike helped us quickly buy an awesome grill and Alyssa checked us out with lightning speed. (We were in a hurry because we are headed to the airport today). We will definitely shop here again. Thanks so much.

This store is well-stocked. The staff notice customers and greet them. If you look puzzled, often times a staff member will offer help. The cashiers are, with very rare exception, congenial & patient with customers. This store has quite a few staff that have been there a long time, know a lot, and share their knowledge willingly.

Whenever I visit this location, I am greeted and treated with respect and know that any questions I may have are answered professionally and courteously.

The store always has the help I need to get my job finished. Clean and usually well stocked. A Plus !

The store is always clean and well kept in my opinion. Staff is always asking if I need help through out the store or atleast saying hello.. :) I have been a shopper of this store in particular since 2012 and honestly can't recall one time I was disappointed there. Just for the record, I am a "shopper" who comes in knowing what I am after 99.9% of the time and don't need assistance, but it is readily available for sure the 1% I do ask.. Just completed a water softener install and re-routing of some other plumbing in my home (weekend DIY project), everything I used to do it came readily available from this store.. No issues what so ever with quantities/ finding it or pricing.. I have many more Spring/summer projects coming up and will be back again and again!.. Thank You!

Shopping at this Home Depot store on Glenway Ave is always a pleasant experience. The associates in every department are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. On the rare occasion they don’t have an answer to your question, they will seek out someone else to help you. I’m a rookie at home repairs and I appreciate their input in resolving what may seem to most people even the simplest of issues, along with more complicated repairs.

This is my store. I am greeted by friendly people when I enter. I have been buying from this store for years and will continue to do so for many more. It is my preferred store for home needs. Been to others. They aren't worth the trip. I can find all I need right here and at the best price.

I shop this location almost daily. I'm glad it's my regular location because when I've visited others I'm shocked at the difference.
