Amazing Customer Service! From cashiers to customer service and returns to management I had an opportunity to receive service from all three of these departments and everyone was friendly helpful and very professional and knowledgeable! Way to go Home Depot!

Exceptional… had a lot of assistance to find what we needed

I like this store mostly because of the staff. They seem to be able to look at you and realize that you need help, then quickly offer it. Just about ANYTHING I need, they will have it, or order it. One employee, I think his name was Garrett, was extremely helpful in finding what I need. I didn't hurt that he was adorable also.

Please go to Home Depot because all of the team members will teach you and guide you step by step on how to professionally finish any project you wish to complete! They will never let you down and will make sure you add all the essentials to your shopping cart with no necessary step left out! Once you’re done you will be so glad you talked it over with a Home Depot team member! I always ask what is the best way and what will I need to buy for what I am working on at home. It’s always a super experience and I will walk in and out of a beautiful home all because of Home Depot and their wonderful staff experience!

My daughter and I bought a mini fridge for her college dorm, and the sales associate in the appliance section, Kurt, did a wonderful job with answering questions and making sure the product itself was not damaged despite some damage to the carton. He made the purchasing decision easy for us!

They have a great selection of everything you could need. As a homeowner living in the immediate area of this location @ Westgate. I can find all the gardening and DYI items & tools I need for those Saturday projects. I love that they open bright and early!

Three employees in the paint department worked hard to locate the color of a paint I used throughout my home, but I lost the sample card. Thank you! All I remembered was the name of a coordinating color on the card. Wow! Great customer service!

I have been purchasing the pegboard for the last four months for my small business.

I was at this Home Depot looking for everything from picture hangers to tike sealant. Jeremy personally walked me to each of the 5 or 6 areas and helped me find exactly what I needed.

I BOUGHT THIS SINK A COUPPLE WEEKS AGO AND I WAS KIND OF CONCERNED OF THE QUALITY, JUST BECAUS IT WAS NOT A BRAND I HAVE USED BEFOR. BUT AFTER I PICKED IT UP, THE SINK IS EVERYTHING I WANTED IT TO BE

Handicap parking now on the farthest ends of the parking lot. Military discount is now only offered if you open a HD credit card? Ordering appliances was a less than stellar experience as well. Basically short story, they never showed up. Many excuses and less than pleasant refund procedure has officially made this one of the worst stores to shop at. Finding staff willing to help? They will walk past and say "not my department". Going to someplace different from now on where they appreciate handicap and military customers. Ordered my appliances from different company and got them in less time than it took to get my refund from Home Depot. A very sad direction Home Depot has decided to take.

My favorite home improvement store. I have been going there for 11 years since moving into the area. The respect for veterans is a plus tot he knowledgeable staff.

I shop in Homedepot at least twice a week For all flowers yard items and more. It’s Convenient for myself and family.
