Out door project with the rubber tile for outdoors.

Jim K. In the Plumbing department was Awesome. He went above and beyond to help me with my products. Keith at the contractors check out register was pleasent and nice to give my money to.

I seem to be at Home Depot a lot lately. The White Lake store staff have always been friendly and helpful. Some staff a knowledgeable about things I need answers or help with.

Corey, has the very best customer service experience, I even received at any Home Depot store. Great job!! Corey!!

I came there looking for paver sand, but for some reason I used the word 'slag'. I told the cashier I could not find it, she immediately called her manager- while in the middle of taking care of 2 other customers. The Department Manager named Mariah, told me that 'slag' was in the building department. So I walked to that department and that department manager (building supply) had just got off the phone with Mariah and had the product waiting for me. When he gave me the cost of the product I said, " that seems a little too cheap". He said," lets just look up what you might be talking about". Too make a long story short, I was requesting 'slag' but it was not 'slag' ( used for cement flat work), but I was looking for 'PAVER" sand. Once we deyermined what exactly I needed I went back to the garden section where Mariah had it waiting for me.

Love the White Lake store. Team members go out of their way to help. Never had a bad experience at this store.

I went to the store to buy ceiling fans and a young man named Corey Help me out, not only by helping me choose the appropriate fans, but he sent me up with somebody from their program to install them. I actually left there feeling very happy.

When coming to the store along with thousands of others for a Huge sale on mulch, this store had the most efficient system AND the guys, Corey, Brian & Alex were so friendly, helpful and did not mind at all having to help me load the mulch. They had a drive through loading system going that made so much sense. It was such a pleasant experience.

Jeremy P was amazing in the plumbing department. He was having fun helping me and solved a problem I was struggling with. He let me know that he really enjoys his job because he gets to solve problems during his work day and help people. This is exactly the person I want helping me with my home repairs.

Spener helped us today very nice, polite, loaded our truck for us. i was very thankful. GOOD JOB SPENCER, THANK YOU! You are appreciated

Had to purchase a new washing machine. Compared many brands, types and features. It came down to two choices. Dave in the appliance department was very helpful and kind. He had answers to almost everything we asked. He was patient and knowledgeable. Store had decent selections and average prices. Was a good experience being our first major appliance purchase.

Such a pleasure to shop at this location as the employees are so helpful and friendly.

People at this home Depot are very pleasant to work with most the time can find almost anything I like it when you can prove the prices different than what they have listed and they go ahead and give you the discounted price

Was looking to match a sherwin Williams paint color and they had no problem doing so. Very helpful in picking out brand and finish of paint to use on my project. Will use this paint dept again.

I went in for a paint project and Sherie guided to a better product for it and as well as some helpful information for it.

There are experts everywhere and if you can't find one, they will all help get you what you need or find the person who can help
