Waited for more than an hour for assistance to cut pipe. One guy showed, ignored me and walked away after talking to men as I waited and waved to him At end of aisle. Sexism at its best. He walked away announced 4 more times for help. No one came to help me. I had also stopped to check my HD card to smite it was still good. I was told it was after another 15 minute wait. Wrong!!! At checkout, I learned it had expired. Just total we don’t care lazy bad attitude and sexism

Conveniently located with a reasonably good selection, but the store is always a mess. The tool section is the worst offender.

Cashier barely said two words to us.seemed irritated that her long nails couldn't turn an item over and I turned it over so she could scan it. Circled something on the receipt and just handed it to us not saying a word.

Checkout supervisor freaked out at the sight of my very well behaved border collie and admitted she had never heard of the ADA and service dogs.

Cashiers are great! Store associates are NOT helpful

The store had what I needed. The employees were great and went above and beyond to help.

I placed an order for a new gas stove, and haul away of the old gas stove, on line from the Williston store, and it was delivered a few days later! (Super fast!) The delivery team was very helpful when we discovered that the old gas stove had not been disconnected by the gas company, although the gas company had told us it had been. (!!) Therefore the delivery team was unable to haul away the old gas stove. The Home Depot customer service team refunded the $50 haul away fee to my credit card. It all worked out in the end, Thanks to The Home Depot delivery/customer service teams.

Our experience in ordering luxury vinyl flooring was outstanding. The associate Jessica was extremely helpful and made our purchase easy.

I visited this location last week and the attention they gave me was fantastic!!! Even though, they are short staffed, I was not rushed and was treated like I was the only person in the store!!!

We needed a certain product, which appeared to be less than we needed. The associate did not rest until she had checked all sources, including overhead pallets, to be sure we had what we needed.

Wanted both a dishwasher and a stove. Appliance employee Beth was knowledgeable, positive and very helpful. She knew the products and walked me through the financing a d de!I very process. Wish more staff were as positive. Loved that Home Depot had appliances in stock. Thank you for a positive experience

Great lumber prices , great atmosphere , always pleasantly clean.

Went to go buy a Christmas tree and no help and reps not answering questions or willing to help as we dragged a tree through the store. Reps complaining about having to clean up all the pine needles.

Found that special hardware to fit my needs.

Never can find the lumber I’m looking for. If I do it’s warped or junk pieces.
