I bought 3 wall cabinets online and had delivered. When I got them the shelves was missing. I went to the WH Home Deport to see if they was supposed to have them and I was greeted by Don at 1st and he verified YES, they was supposed to come with a shelf inside. Don went Above and Beyond to search for 3 more shelves for me. I was then greeted by JC who had to give the approval for the replacement shelves. He was super nice and helpful and approved what was missing. Two good and friendly workers. If WH Home Depot has other nice and friendly workers at the WH Home Depot that are like JC and Don I will defiantly keep shopping here.

I bought some items and the employee was so friendly and show us where to find items we couldn't find.very great customer service.Cashier was so nice.Thank you Robert

Do not deal with this store (winter Haven, FL) and do not deal with Home Depot. They are incapable of completing the simplest of orders.

I saw a beautiful palm marked as a clearance item one afternoon and a gentleman sweeping. I asked him if he thought it was fungi or rot as to why it was marked down. He showed me that it just needs to be planted with some TLC. I went and grabbed some good soils and JC and TJ helped me load it up. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful.

The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful! We enjoy coming here!

Customer Service was Fantastic!

I went appliance shopping on Black Friday and every employee that crossed my path offered help and/or greeted me! The sales person who assisted me was wonderful throughout the whole process!

This store always have my needed items in stock or can show me how to find it online. The staff is knowledgeable and very patient, especially Mr Darrel. My son enjoyed his at home kit as well.

Great service. Delivery was very timely and the delivery personnel were excellent. Called in after the purchase, as we found the item was at a lower price. Store will honour the new price.

That's store need to improve the customer services. Not all the employees have a commitment with the best service.

I was met with pleasant smiling faces and customer service. Each employee assisting did not hesitate to help me and they did it with such courtesy and care. That will keep me coming back.

The gentleman named DC who helped me in the lumber department was extraordinarily respectful and helpful. I’ve dealt with male employees there in the past who talk down to me because I am a woman and couldn’t possibly know what I’m talking about, or act like they’re too busy to answer a question. He was calm and kind.

This store has got the right mixture for employees everyone from what I can tell is very kind and courteous. They are very helpful when they see you need the help and always are ready to approach and say can I help you with anything.

Have had wonderful interactions with multiple associates at this store. Moving in from another state had been stressful enough and this store has been the most wonderful throughout. No matter the department I was always greeted with a smile and an upbeat attitude.

Friendly, welcoming and Knowledgeable Associates at Store #6371

I experienced a beautiful shopping visit with a clerk named Claude Germain who went above and beyond to help me and was not in a rush at all. His attitude and demeanor was lovely to be around. I got a chance to speak with PK and Danny the managers that listened and showed so much love. I have not been to a store similar to Home Depot and experienced that type of service.

Carmen gave the me the best customer service I could ever have. I have been to over 100 homedepot stores and I would rather come all the way here just because of her great way of dealing with customers.

This store is struggling putting store displays all over the place limited your ability to maneuver around the store... Seems l like I am being a little critical but I was trying to buy a lot of stuff and ended up not purchasing some things because it was difficult to get to them.

Screen Enclosures, especially with active families, goes thru quite a deal of hardships. One being hinges, not the normal door hinges but screen room hinges. Oversized doors require more secure hinges as the wind and the family opens and closes frequently and sometimes harshly. Latches also get their fair share of abuse.
