Love this store. everything is always easy to find and there's always an associate ready to help.

This store hits it out of the park! There are so many knowledgeable employees to help in every department I go to. They are patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Deborah this week! Pat in windows last month! Paint dept. too!

I received the most amazing call from Theresa McKenzie from that store as a follow-up to an unusual experience I had at the store. She apologized and went on to listen to my story. She continued to offer to do what ever she could to help win my business back. That call in itself did enough to win me back but, she asked me to call her when I planned on returning the few other items I needed to return. I did and she helped support the already amazing return exp. (I wish I should remember her name as well). I was so impressed by Theresa's efforts and attitude I asked to speak to her manager and before I knew it, Lisa Holzhouser, the store manager was there with another outstanding attitude. I complemented her as well for her great team. As I was walking out, I half expected balloons to drop with confetti. Great Store exp.

Kimmer in the garden department knows what customer service means. Home Depot should strive to get more employees like her!!

I have been an avid Home Depot shopper for years. I get it that they have people returning things without receipts too often. But if they’re changing their policy to now prevent people from returning things that they do have a receipt for just because previously they purchased something with a store credit they need to make that clear with signage and messaging. I was very disappointed with the customer service or lack there of I just received at the Lee Road store. I had my receipt I had the items. But was not allowed to return it because my previous purchase was paid partially with a store credit.

Everything in the store was accessible as usual and the hospitality was unlimited. Everything I needed was neatly stocked on the shelves and easily accessible for me to locate. Self check out allowed me to expedite my purchase and move on about my day. I enjoy shopping specifically at this Winter Park store, and will continue to shop for all my home improvement needs.

The cashier Pamela was awesome. She told my mother she was beautiful and gave her a hug. My mother had lost her hair from chemo and this really made her day.

This particular shopping experience was WONDERFUL!! Chris D27 and Pedro (Freight), Elias, Svc Desk), Pam (Svc Desk), Mary P (Returns) and Abram (Lighting) y'all ARE ROCK STARS in my book!!!

I was able to find someone immediately, Mark, to help me with my plumbing problem. He listened to my issue, gave me several ways to attack it, and then helped me make a final choice, husky 15' drum auger and once I got the hang of it, helped me pull out four clumps of hair/gunk from the tub drain! Best 17$ spent considering how much a plumber would have cost! And Hilary was so wonderful at checkout. I'm still not comfortable w/ the self-checkout, but she was proactively kind & courteous! bob s

one particular employee on this locations team was SO AMAZING! Her name was Shawnie. 1st she helped me in the door section even though it’s not her section! She was super knowledgeable about everything! She helped me Find the door, answered all my questions and EVEN Helped me load it in my cart! Helped me push the cart to the register! There was a mix up with my pro card, she solved the problem and even helped me load it in my truck! OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE!! Thank you Shawnie! You made my MONTH!!

I had a sizable return, and the attendant quickly came to my position and helped me with the returns.

The Winter Park, FL location was easy, friendly and helpful. After picking up an online order, The staff members helped me locate and try a battery for a flashlight. The batteries needed were a set of four stacked. They opened the package and inserted the batteries to make sure they worked before having me pay.

College Park is known for its main street businesses but this Home Depot fits right in without overwhelming them. We know the people at this store as well as any of the small merchants in town. More importantly, we trust them just a much.

Kimber did a fantastic job in the garden section. I’m a quick shopper and do not like to waste time and she got straight to the point to help me. It was really appreciated.

Kimber was my check-out employee in the Garden Center and she was super friendly -- as if I had know her forever. Very outgoing and easy to talk with. It shows she enjoys her job.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since they opened. I have always had the best experience and to be honest, everyone, including the cashiers and/or sales personnel have been nothing but accommodating, honest and kind towards me. I recently purchased two space heaters and the sales person (I forgot his name) who had been working with Home Depot for 12 years, was so helpful and knowledgeable, although that was not his department. That in itself proves that when stores hire good people, it makes a difference. The cashier was also helpful. She went beyond her job to give me information. I need to get assistant to register my product because when I made a copy of the receipt to register my warranties for the space heaters, I wasn't able to text the information to the number that was given. Apart from that good job Home Depot for hiring very nice people.

Friendly long time working employees are always helpful.

I was approached in your parking lot by a homeless couple begging for money. They didn't look homeless, they looked like they had drug and alcohol issues. I did call the store and let them know but never saw anyone come out to ask them to leave. It's startling to be approached at your car with your purse in the cart where someone comes up behind you. I didn't like this and if it continues, I would be less likely to shop at this store.

Joe O. in Appliances and Curtis, the Store Manager, are AWESOME! They went out of their way to assist me in returning a range that I ordered online in the wrong color and order the correct one. I called all the stores around my home and the online store only to be told that I had missed the 48 hour time limit for returns. Joe and Curtis could tell I was frustrated and understood and helped. I know why I loved this store when it was my neighborhood store and today only proved my reasons!

The store was neat and clean, a cashier actually helped me with everything thing I needed. She knew where the things I needed were and she knew how to make more keys and then checked me out with no hesitation. Everyone was very friendly here.

This is my go to store for all things house! The personnel are always helpful and seem to like working at HD!
