I always find the staff helpful. On my last trip, I received assistance loading a 4 x 8 plywood sheet on my cart. The cutting service is convenient and appreciated, making transport in my vehicle possible.

Well kept store. Helpful staff. Plastic tool boxes are poor quality. I mean the smaller ones for home. If you had better quality home tote tool boxes I would have bought one. how about ones with good hinges, like metal. Im not looking for cheap junk. the first one I looked at had metal clasps on the front which is nice, but when I opened the lid all the way, it fell off because it had plastic hinges. Also , somebody needs to tell the handheld battery operated tool companies to lighten up on their prices. They are way overpriced. I know milwaukee electric has been on a feeding frenzy this year with their battery operated tools. Every store has them, and they are way over priced. they are not made of gold. I like shopping at your store, but allowing foreign manufacturers to decide how good the quality of your products are is not good for buisness. you decide please. maybe start your own american manufacturing companies producing decent quality products at an affordable price for the consumers. Thank you.

Just a “heads up “. I purchased a Dewalt Combo kit. An employee retrieved it from a locked cabinet. When I opened the box at home I found it was used. I’m keeping it but I feel they should at least make it clear that it was an “open box item”.

Had the BEST experience this past trip to HD with the gentleman on the floor and gal at the check out. Made my day!

App showing the location and inventory of Lead Water Test kits and Aprilaire Humidifier pads are not accurate. Asked an associate where the item is located and was sent to the wrong place. Asked another associate and they went to check but did not return after 15 minutes. Cost for Aprilaire Humidifier pads are 50% less expensive at a competitor's store.

Outstanding store. I was personally helped by Jeffrey the store manager, Woodbury, MN, Store # 2810. He is probably the most knowledgeable home improvement store associate I have every had the pleasure of working with. Jeffrey is an exemplary example of what customer service should be about.

The store is well stocked and you have many choices.

Leslie in the flooding was very nice but caused a very large headache for me. Was given a lot of misinformation that I’m still trying to fix weeks later. Estimate was entered in square feet instead of yard so the estimate was 1/2 of what the actual quote was. Very shocking to see that. Was told I could submit a measure at Woodbury for the Hudson store. Turns out that was a lie. No one is taking ownership to help. Was told my measure for the store was canceled and it was not. Which again caused even more problems for me. Worst carpet/measure experience so far.

The associates were very nice upon arrival, asked me if I needed help right away. Ajia helped me find the right air conditioner for my home. Most stores, you will ask them where to find an item and they will just tell you what isle. Miss Ajia walked with me and showed me exactly where to find a few options but they were pretty expensive. So she found me a cheaper one on the store computer and I left with a new ac unit. Thank you Ajia and the rest of Home Depot Woodbury!

Even though the store was very busy that day, we were able to efficiently find our items and check out in an appropriate amount of time. The contact we had with employees was positive and professional. Overall a good experience.

I called in and Jake had my shelving ready for me. He assisted me all the way to my car. I cannot walk far and cannot breathe (lung cancer) very well. Jake got me exactly what I wanted.

I went in at 6am to pick up a bunch of lumber for a deck. Erin, the associate in the lumber department, was so kind and helpful. He took my list and loaded the wood and even loaded the wood in my van. I have found every time I shop this store to find the associates very helpful. I will always shop at this store.

I’ve tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt. However, the last few times I’ve shopped here I’ve received poor customer service. The workers barely acknowledge me and act as if they are afraid to greet customers.

Great customer service. Friday of Memorial Weekend. NO MASKS were worn by staff. During the Covid-19 reopening, the store was packed, too many people in one space. I felt for the employees. It was worse than a Black Friday. This should of been planned out better. This is Minnesota. People can not wait to get in their yards, but let's do it safely. Stay healthy.

Terrible online ordering experience. Long wait, lost order, finally filled order but items were not correct then did not have item ordered. Gentlemen at car was helpful, but whole experience enraged me off. I am patient, but fix your process. Huge waste of my time

Store refuses to honor Veterans discount. They told me I have to be active duty. Thanks Laura for that. I guess I'll go to another business. It is so irritating how I am told how Home depot will give veterans a discount. I served my country for 5 years and got injured while serving. Slap on the face.
