Rude staff, would not let me look at materials unless I told them what I wanted

When we were checking out the cashier said manufacuture warranty was only a year, but someone else stepped in and said it was 3. I was close to purchasing a 3 year warranty for 300 dollars. Wrong info, and not pleasant at all this service from her.

Cooper and Louis were so very knowledgeable and helped us tremendously! We are so impressed with these two employees and our overall experience today!

This is the best team you will ever encounter in not just a home improvement store, but any store you enter. I couldn't recommend shopping at this location enough! Thank you for your more perfect than imaginable customer service! My lawn and I will be forever grateful!

Jen at Home Depot made my experience turn around, other employees told me they didn’t have what I was looking for , even though the website said Yakima store had it. (They didn’t help me look) I found Jen and asked her to help, very quickly and politely she helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Give her a dang raise, she’s keeping that place afloat!

I came in worried we would not be able to find the products we needed and well to be honest some employees are not to helpful but today we came across a gal at customer service by the name of DANELLE and she was not only patient but extremely humble. She made our experience totally different and I appreciate that. We will definitely be back now.

Home Depot rocks Yakima Washington

I like the fact that we have a store that is only an hour away

Being disabled i always found it hard to ask for help , but not at Yakima Home depot the staff have been fantastic .

Thomas did a good job at checking us out. But they did not honor the military discount and said we had to register on line.

I needed a battery yard tool by Ryobi. The tool and battery version was not available despite web page indicating it was available at the store. Staff were very helpful.

When I went in to speak to a manager about an interaction between an associate and my younger sister who was trying to pick up an online order I was lied to by said associate naming a different person. Ron belittle my sister and insinuated that she couldn’t pay for it because the order was canceled. When she asked why he wouldn’t even look for a reason and told her that he has all the items but if she doesn’t pay for them now then they will be gone. As I was talking to Jordon Ron heard the entire conversation and said that my sister was helped by Steven. After I left the store my sister told me 2 people helped her Steven the first person and a different guy who was the rude one, he had a goatee and a blue shirt. I had to go back in to get Ron’s name because I couldn’t stand the fact that he threw Steven under the bus.

Went to buy bricks that online said they had plenty. Get to the store and they only had 2 broken ones on the floor and no more to be found anywhere in the store. Asked for assistance and ended up having to go to customer service to ask for help and Ron was the only one who even tried to help, even getting himself in trouble by checking on the item himself since the department wouldn't call him back. It took over an hour to be able to buy 30 bricks since the store employees couldn't find them and or wouldn't call back.

I’ve been waiting 3/4 hour so far to have help loading my truck. Still no one to help. The poor cashier has been trying to help me to no avail. She gets 5 stars.

Today, April 30th, I drove 80 miles round trip to purchase a troy bolt lawn mower. The isle had the display model but no boxed ones to purchase. I asked a clerk assistant named “Cody” to see if he find me one in the box. He searched the entire store & outside. The manager, Louis, also stepped in for my request. Both employees were kind, cared about getting me served in a timely manner. The check out clerk ‘Mary’ was the kindest lady ever. She was do sweet and encouraging to me. Overall the time it took and the opportunity to work with good people that care,made this visit experience worthwhile coming long distance. I will come back and buy my washer/Dryer here now too. Thank you for hiring great customer service reps. It says a lot about the companies values.

Was looking for an edger but didn’t want to spend $30+ for it. Tim told us about a tool that had gone on clearance and actually found a box on the shelf. He found us searching online at other stores, got the box down and we were so thrilled to pay $8 instead of the $30+!! Tim is such a great asset to Home Depot!!!
