The store was clean and neat. Most of the products were in stock that we wanted. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the large and tedious transactions my husband made. Thank you Luis, Angel, Adrian, and Blue for all your help!

Living in the high desert, we do not always have convenient choices. Home Depot is handy; however, many common items are often not in stock, such as basic sizes in construction or deck screws. Sales people are nice to look, but can't help it if the item is out of stock. The aisle leading to the checkout area is over-filled with displays leaving little room for lumber carts. No room for separate lines to define Cash Only or Card Only lines, which increases the wait time while other people skip the line and go directly to the Card Only checkout, because there is no line there. Very confusing, everybody unhappy. Checkout is a nightmare! Home Depot used to be my 1st choice, now it is my last choice.

Super staff. Can't be beat.

Please see my responses to the overall survey, as they provide more detail, However, the members of your Pro Desk including Jennifer C., Mike G., and April F. are extraordinary representatives of the best possible Customer Service anywhere. I have been in the public service business for over 35 years and I can tell you, unequivocally, that these three, especially, but also many other staff at the Yucca Valley store stand out as so far beyond the expected customer service delivery as to make the other Home Stores blush (and that also includes many other Home Depot stores I have experienced). You should highly value Jennifer C, Mike G., and April F. as leaders in what is clearly a culture of customer service excellence.

Came in for a simple return I had my receipt it was within 30 days I had used a $40 gift card to make the purchase originally and my debit card and $300 cash for the items which included plywood wood paint and other items. I had the lady in customer returns have a horrible disgusting attitude which aligned with the managers disgusting attitude. I did not have an ID. I have not been able to afford one I find that building my house that got destroyed is more important than an ID. I was refused my return nothing wrong with the items. Called customer service because I thought this was insane. Had a customer service agent who was a female who was just as much of a pain that should not be in customer service. Spoke with another gentleman from customer service line and he helped me phenomenally and was kind and he cared. The gentleman told me to go to pro desk and speak with one of them and that is where I at April who went above and beyond anything I could’ve ever expected she was kind caring and actually cared about who I am. April was helpful knowledgeable and someone I would go back to you to do business with. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you require an ID for a gift card that I obviously used because I have a pro account and you can see that I used it purchased it. The level I’ve discussed for your return employees is astronomical. Whoever is training the pro desk or hired them thank you that made my day bright. And if April ever gets to read this thank you you made my day.

We bought our dishwasher and talked with Andrew about the entire process. He was so informative, stayed late to help us, and got us everything we needed. He definitely made the experience as ideal as it could've been!

Staff are more helpful at this location in Yucca Valley than in the Palm Springs location so we drive a few extra miles to visit this location and so far it's Always worth it - plus it's a change of scenery and weather as its often cooler. They also have a better selection of most item's that are on sale in flyers in the Yucca Valley location than in Palm Springs but that might be because of demand in a higher populated area. We live near the 62 HWY in the Mission Lakes CC so it's really not much farther to drive for better selection and Better Service!

Literally the worst experience ever. I placed an online order to pick up at store. Part of the order was cancelled because was supposedly out of stock but went to store and it was there. Then I got email that second part of order was ready for pickup and we got there and they only had half of order. The pickup manager did not seem to want to be bothered with problem just told clerk to call some number. Now we have to wait 3 more days to finish our project since apparently people don't check orders probably. Then when shopping in start there was items all over floors in middle of isle. That store is showing me laziness for not checking my order properly and then they aren't putting products on shelves. I'm very unhappy with this and very likely to go elsewhere first from now on.

This store is poorly managed and the newer employees are not trained and held accountable. The long term employees who have been there for years are excellent. They were well trained and enjoy their work. The rest are there because they need income. I help other customers more than they do.

This is our go-to store for a wide variety of construction and repair, household and landscaping products. It is conveniently located, and open long hours. The employees seem exceptionally willing and happy to help me find a particular product and, if necessary, to get it out to my truck.

Small problem with an on line order, the associate Terry was very helpful in the resolution of this problem. Then proceeded to check me out for my other purchases as the check out lines were very long. How considerate of her. I hope there are many more associates working at the Yucca Valley store and their attitude towards the customer is influenced by Terry and her graciousness.

This store has almost everything a person needs for home improvement and garden care. One of its best features is the good nature and helpfulness of almost every employee. If they don't have in stock what you're looking for, they're always glad to order it for you.

What would we do without you? We love ya'.

my shopping experience today is great. i was trying to look for a pots for our garden and the store associates directed me to where it was and even made some recommendations on the items i am looking for. staff are friendly and courteous
