Cannot find anyone to help you in this sore or any Home Depot store

We were directed to the tools we needed to do the project we were working on and were so grateful for the help in choosing the correct tools. Our project went off without a hitch. Thank you Home Depot.

We made a trip to the Zephyrhills Home Depot and we were greeted by friendly faces. When we needed help we could always find someone in an isle willing to help us.

I went to buy some appliances today but had a ton of questions Adolfo the the associate who helped me was courteous and very helpful .

Janice was our cashier today and was immensely rude during the checkout process. I will not recommend or not return to this store.

Always a pleasure going to this homedepot! Everyone is always willing to help and the lines are barely ever to long! Employees in the whole store are polite especially in the garden section! Thanks a bunch

I purchased (5) major appliances from Kamal in the appliance department and he provided a wonderful shopping experience. His courtesy and professionalism should be commended.

For someone not knowegeable on many items i the store, it is nice to have people willing to show not ony where they are but how to use them.

Store well stocked and organized, along with personnel that is courteous and professional.

I have been shopping at this particular Home Depot for almost twenty years and it has always been a satisfactory experience!

Always has in stock what I need, great and helpful employees

I have been shopping for new kitchen appliances for a few weeks. Perusing Rebates offered, I came across a SALES TAX EXEMPTION offer on NEW ENERGY STAR appliances as designated by the US-EPA & the US-Dept of Energy. Additional requirements are stated as follows: ELIGIBLE ITEMS: >Clothes Dryers selling for $1500 or less. >Refrigerators or combination Refrigerator/Freezers selling for $3000 or less. >Washing Machines selling for $1500 or less. >Water Heaters selling for $1500 or less. Tonight I purchased 2 Energy Star appliances & Home Depot's cash register would not remove the tax from this receipt. Recently, I purchased two other ENERGY STAR appliances & and they would not refund the sales tax I paid during this exemption period. Could they be collecting taxes & keeping it & still provide proof of ENERGY STAR appliance sales that are exempt? It makes one wonder WHY won't they comply with a FLORIDA STATE TAX EXEMPTION.

All you need in a home improvement store, great customer service

I encountered both friendly and helpful sales representatives assisting the customers and a pleasant check-out cashier. The sales rep answered my questions and located the products that I was interested in purchasing. The cashier observed the long line at check-out and opened a new register.

Went there to purchase a grill and had top notch service from the sales associate, cashier (Marc) and the gentlemen that helped me put my grill in the car.

Alright, to be honest here.. I think I can say this is my favorite Home Depot!!! I don’t remember getting popcorn from any other location- definitely a great “treat” for me and Ruby!! Everyone was so kind and upbeat, I love how attentive the employees are when I may need assistance. Thank you!!

I can always count on Nia, Kathryn and every employee to help me with my purchase’s. I’m so thankful for amazing Team members like these Pro’s who time and again go above and beyond when I have questions or need help.

Shopping for a home furniture project, Kristen was very helpful. She looked up my request, offered alternative when my specific type paint was not a Home Depot product. Store employees were all very helpful!

I just had surgery so I could not lift the 40 lb bags of rocks and I needed 10 of them. Three young men in the rock area helped me load and I was very grateful. And they did it with a smile on their face. Thank you
