Jeanie was a specialist in Kitchen Department. I was her first customer of the day and her first customer in her position. She did not shy away from things she was not trained on. I felt as though I was her most important customer. She was knowledgable and showed a genuine interest in helping get the right countertop in a speedy manner

This is about your survey. Too many questions, you need to make it simpler. I almost stopped answering. I've done surveys in the past through Medalia for the company I retired from. I know how they work, also know they can work much more simply if you just ask 2-3 simple questions that people can answer like this vs. canned answers and ratings. You can glean how you are doing easily from that and people are more likely to offer their thoughts and suggestions.

The young lady who took my phone call was efficient, pleasant and courteous. Alexis was her name. She had the merchandise ready when I arrived, was patient while I shopped some more, rang it up, and even loaded it into my car. It was not only heavy, but cumbersome.

Sales persons are consistently helpful with information on multiple trips for a variety of needs Attentive to your needs and the check out folks are the same. It's a great thing to have good service(s) in this time of stress and strain --- 2020 surely tested our strength this year and the folks at this store, and the Schenectady store as well, are always pleasant and helpful! I bought a fridge one evening and there were some errors. That salesperson made a mistake that I didn't think I could get out of, but Ebony came to the rescue and was very patient and helpful in fixing the problem. Should you purchase an appliance at Home Depot, make sure to ask for her.

Stopped in to Home Depot to pick up an A/C winter cover. I checked online and there were 66 in stock. Asked an employee there where to find them. He said out of season and there were none. Asked another and he said aisle 18. Went down there and found none. Asked another whose name was Edward and he not only knew but said follow me. I followed and he brought me right to them. Very appreciative of him him since your store was the 1st stop of 4. Did not have much time to waste that day.l Still very very happy with service there even though the first two gave me erroneous information. There should be more Edwards out there. Still a loyal customer.

Customer service stinks! I have to go to the paint dept. each time and have an employee paged to the appropriate department. Unless you are quick enough to trip someone up - they ignore you.

I frequently visit this store and find plenty of stock and friendly employees that are very pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. This is a rare commodity nowadays considering the stress and strain of the Covid pandemic that has been an issue for several months. I have also visited the store on Rt. 7 in Schenectady and the employees there were also very helpful and friendly. I would like to extend to Nadir my sincere thanks and appreciation for today's visit @ the Washington Ave ext. store though. He went above and beyond to help me!

Overall the store experience was awesome. Nate and Matt deserve gold stars. On other hand Miss Dawn was not nice and walked away from me when I asked if she could check to see which store had more. Quite Rude. I would just avoid Miss unsociable

This Home Depot feels safe during these Covid times. Staff was available and friendly. Store was clean and well organized.
