The staff was very friendly and understanding. The store itself was well organized and I had no issues getting help from an employee to place an online order and get a good shipping date set. Overall a great store and even better service.

The Appliance Center at Home Depot has great, helpful, associates, today, Sat. 6/29/2019,Ms Foster Associate went above & beyond in helping us determine the Refrigerator that would fit our needs, and compared size, prizes, which was great. Although, the large items have to be ordered, they do not keep Appliances in stock at this location. Great shopping experience at the Alexander City, AL Home Depot Store, having Associates who are so helpul, friendly and willing to go the extra mile is so appreciated. Check out associate, nice, friendly, helpful, the manager I spoke with was helpful as I was asking questions concerning folding chairs for our non-profit organization, after checkout. He is checking on price for us on folding chairs, since we are non-profit. I would like to suggest this local HD, stock, or add on to their location, due to the flow of shoppers coming through on 280, and have more larger items available such as you see in Sylacuaga, Opelika, Anniston, due the flow of shoppers and being close to Lake Martin, lots of home builders, many out of town & locals shop at this store, many from other counties.

Staff and management are friendly and knowledgeable. Smaller store makes finding items easier, in contrast sometimes it limits stock. Overall great store with great staff.

I have been using this store for years and the customer service has never wavered - always excellent with a hint of "down-home" friendliness.

Everything about store #6889 is great except for one thing; the store is too small. As I understand it, the Alexander City store is the smallest store that Home Depot builds, but based on my perception of the volume of business this store does, it is extremely busy and easily is the number 1 building supply store in our area, especially for consumers. I know HD has established standards and criteria they look at when determining store size, but maybe they need another review.

Employee C. Harris is extremely rude and when you approach her to ask for help she immediately says she doesn’t know where anything is at and walks off snorting

I needed 4 different items from 4 different areas of the store. The associate (T.J.) who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helped me find all 4 items. He didn't pass me off or point me in the right direction, he actually helped me get the items. This kind of customer service in retail was truly a breath of fresh air.

While this store is not the largest home depot, it does have most everything you need and if they do not have it, they can get it. Employees are very helpful and are eager to assist if you need help with anything. Always a smile. I enjoy shopping this store and have never had a less than great experience here.

The garden center is great, always has people willing to help. Friendly cashiers.

The store was clean and organized. All of the employees were very helpful and positive and knowledgeable. I was helped with obtaining my items from the shelf and on out to the truck in a much kind and considerate manner. It’s nice to be treated like a person and not like an annoyance. Keep up the positive attitude!

The store was top notch! The employees are super friendly and clearly take pride in their work and had a focus on customer service. I can't say enough great things about this location! The children's program was fantastic and very well managed. The two women running the program clearly care about the kids and enjoy what they do. My kids commented that they preferred the program at this location versus the location near our house.

I always shop Home Depot anyway, but last night it was freezing cold, and I had great help from the people in the Garden Center, and exceptional help inside the store. Everyone was extremely helpful. I also noted as we walked through the store how every employee kindly greeted each other.

TheTHE HOME DEPOT store in the Alexander, City area was clean and the workers were very helpful.Although the temperature recorded a 34° reading on my thermometer, the visit was good.
