I bought appliances, doors and several bath and hardware items and very satisfied with all purchases, to include they offered the best prices compared to competitors.

Get the feeling they don’t care. Waited 15 minutes and just left frustrated because no one bothered to show.

Customer Experience Manager failed to go above and beyond in assisting me. Upon request of couple random recycled keys left after rekeying door locks, she refused to help, falsely claiming that The Home Depot receives credit for them. Individual in question was a skinny female with large tattoo on her back. I strongly suggest to re-train her in customer service skills. More material for landfill, despite The Home Depot stance on recycling efforts. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

This Home Depot is my home store and shop a lot there for over than 15 years, but today’s experience is the ever worse experience dealing with rude employees is terrible and embarrassing.

They care, especally when that look of confusion about which part is correct or how to install. The experts are there.

I was looking for a new stackable washer dryer and found one immediately because of the gentleman in the appliance section. He was very knowledgeable and made my choice very easy and fast.

Recently I made a purchase at this store (#4603 - Pickett Street) and the way the staff interacted with me and each other in the garden department was wonderful. I felt valued and they genuinely wanted me to have a happy shopping experience. It's nice when someone offers to help and they follow-thru!

Always clean and employees are kind. So far the shelves are alway full of choices. Employees are quick to help when I’m lost.

I bought some electric items and a I am very happy from the products quality.

No one could be found in kitchen appliances and you pay for installation but the delivery guys do not get out of their truck.

Have used this store for decades for appliances and 0her home furnishing for rental units. Yesterday I bought a Washer Dryer Combo and was aided in my choice by two extremely competent and patient sales persons.

Home Depot offers a wide variety of products used by the home owner and by tradesmen serving home owners. Prices are very competitive. Seasonal items are offered during the main season and then sold out at discounts to zero out inventory to minimize costs.

I bought a microwave/convection oven, with installation. I waited a month for the appliance to arrive. I had a four-hour window on delivery day, no warning prior to the team's arrival. The team arrived. They informed me that they cannot install a microwave against a ceramic tile backsplash (Not allowed to drill in it). No exceptions. My only option was to return the microwave and get my money back. Good thing my older microwave still works! Second time with a delivery issue on an appliance. Last time buying an appliance from a Box Store!

I have been purchasing from Home Depot for 30 years Will continue

Employees know nothing and are not helpful store is full but inexplicably missing some simple items. Looking for a sharpening stone; 6 different employees did not know what this was, much less where it might be. (prices are high, but I think this is the area, not the stores fault.)

This Home Depot is clean and well stocked and well managed. There are exceptions of course, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with this location compared to other HD's I've been into.

I recommend The Grand Chute Home Depot for any home need shopping. All staff seem to be educated in their departments. I never had a bad experience at this store.

Extraordinarily rude "customer service" desk, management does not follow up on customer requests to speak to managers - it clearly starts at the top with the General Manager, Andre Parkes, not caring about how customers are treated and not bothering to follow up, but covering for the rudeness of people like Kesha at the customer service desk.

The staff was especially helpful. Sam, and Ms. Lakesha are customer service standouts. They greeted me, and worked with me until I had everything I came in for. Outside, Justin loaded everything into my SUV. I truly appreciate all they did
