The Allen Park, Michigan Home Depot Store and service by the employees there is so much better than The Home Depot in Dearborn, Michigan. The Dearborn, Michigan store is exactly 1 Mile from my house, but because the Allen Park, Michigan Home Depot Customer Service is so much better than the Dearborn Home Depot that I travel the extra distance to the Allen Park, Michigan to shop and buy at that store. The Cashier Ms. Chirstina was so impressive and knowledgeable on my last visit that she inspired me to post this review. YES I RECOMMEND THE ALLEN PARK< MICHIGAN HOME DEPOT!

The Home Depot in Allen Park, Michigan is a wonderful Home Depot store to shop at because the employees are friendly and helpful and the store is cleaned well stocked and well organized.

I had THE BEST Home Depot experience ever in my life at this store. The service I experienced (with Kim and Nikki in Customer Service, Mike in Hardware and Rachelle, the Cashier) was truly awesome. I will make it my business to come to this store even though it is not the closest store to me.

Friendly customer service

There were enough cashiers at both "returns & "checkout", so there weren't long lines! Therefore customers didn't have issues with distancing... Both Dymon & Myrtle are AWESOME!

Set up discounts for the Military (Lowes does) and for Senior citizens and I might consider shopping at HD more...

This store is staffed with very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful employees! The store is easy to navigate and makes the shopping experience very quick and easy.

This store is very good clean and the employees there really like to help specially Carol Myers the Appliance specialist she is really good at her job and she explains everything to you and answers all your questions

Very poor customer service. Two guys working the paint counter had no customer service. No people skills. Ordered products onlune the day before and the next day still wasnt pulled. Customer service had a guy by the name of Chris go pick my order, And he acted like it was a hugh inconvinience to him. I have worked in customer sevice jobs for over 25 years. in management. I would fire them all if thats how thet treated my customers.......

Since this epidemic the customer service has improved so much the employees are more helpful, its sad it took this but nonetheless I was pleased with the service today. Stay safe and stay blessed.

Great store and exceptional workers!! The young gentleman who checked me out couldn't have been nicer! He even checked to see if any of my purchases were on sale!!

After a 25 minute wait at best buy to purchase a Samsung microwave-I left empty handed, so I went to this Home Depot. There the entire sales transaction was under 15 minutes.Nathan, my sales person "NAILED IT!"

It broke my heart to return the RYOBI P7171 FLASHLIGHT, probably the MOST POWERFULL FLASHLIGHT IN CIVILIAN LIFE. HOWEVER, ALTHOUGH EXTREMELY POWERFUL (& very EXPENSIVE), I THINK RYOBI NEEDS TO MAKE A FEW CHANGES IN ORDER TO MAKE THE FLASHLIGHT ALSO PRACTICAL FOR HOME USE - NOT ONLY FOR SHOWROOMS...!!!!!!!
