This store is great and it feels like it's my store everybody knows me by name I really like the cashier Patty she always treats me super nice and gets me through her line very quickly and she knows me by name that's what counts!

One of the better Home Depot stores in the area this store has more items than my local store has. Not all Home Depot stores are the same they may be close but this store has more! And so much better than the other so called lumber stores.

If you buy something there, best check the package to make sure what you are buying is actually in the package! Bought an LED ceiling light, got it home and there are no LED elements in it, juts a bare metal base plate and a plastic diffuser - huh?

The employees at this store are extremely friendly and helpful. If you ask for something they will either help you find it or find somebody who can. I have always had a great shopping experience at this store and will continue to choose it over other home improvement stores in the area.

I shop this Home Depot 4 or 5 times a week. The staff are always super helpful. It’s rare that I need to look for an employee to ask a question. They normally ask me before I have to find them. One thing that recently changed is that I can no longer get receipts emailed to me. This is a nice feature that I want to see return as a small business owner.

This is off season for lawnmowers, however, the Allison Park Store was able to help us find what we needed. Other stores did not have lawnmowers in October, but Home Depot did. Allison Park checked inventory for what we wanted, we made our purchase, and picked it up the next day in Cranberry. The associates were friendly and helpful, as the customer service person that checked us out, making sure we knew where the Cranberry Home Depot was for us to pick up our purchase. Thanks Home Depot

I went to the Allison Park HD on Sunday, about 20 min from my house as it's closest. I work a lot during the week so like most others, projects are challenging during the week. I bought a new belt sander for my project, of course it turned out to be one that someone returned and snatched the bag out of. I got home and took it out right away, no dust bag! Paying $170 for it I wasn't going to just let it go. So I went all the way back out to HD, maybe it was bc I'm dressed like a painting sanding bum and fairly young and look like I couldn't spend a ton of money there but, the guy said "well, what do ya want to do here?" After explaining above story, I looked at him as dumb as he looked at me. "I guess I'll just go get you another one then". How nice of him, No apology, no offer for even a measly 5% back or a free sanding belt (2/$6 or $7) nothing, just a "here, this one SHOULD be fine you're all set" not even a thank you for coming back or we apologize for taking another hour of your day, were sorry we didn't look in the open box for the TWO pieces that it contains before taping it, he just walked away. I'm not trying to swindle a free tool or anything, but an apology or acknowledgement would have been nice!!! This is now the 3rd time I've had missing pieces in a box from this location, not to mention the numerous other issues like the weekend guys acting like you're stupid and bothering them when you ask a question.

Bill Hibbs, is the most knowledgeable, helpful person I've ever come in contact with at any of the home stores where I've previously shopped. Bill has helped me many times in the past, but on this particular occasion, he went above and beyond. Due to health issues, I must use a motorized cart to get around your store. When I went there this time, both motorized carts were not working. I needed some plumbing supplies, so Bill called Dave Lipkey, in Plumbing, and he came over to help me. Given that the prices are comparable, the main reason I shop at the Allison Park store is because of employees like Bill and Dave who are committed to customer service.

I appreciate being a PRO customer and having special parking privileges. Very helpful and clean company. The assistance is there when I need it. Very friendly and helpful associates. I was able to find everything I needed and purchased a better quality item than what I came for.
