Every time I go into that store I find what I need. Employees are the best. Every single one of them.

A very knowledgeable young lady helped me a few days ago to buy all the stuff a contractor asked me to get to renovate my bathroom. I had to get pipes, a new wax ring etc.

I found everything I needed for my plumbing repairs in one trip to the Alpena Home Depot. The parts were a perfect fit and they had plenty in stock. Excellent, knowledgeable and helpful employees made it real easy.

After shopping several Home Depot stores in the country, we were astonished at the cheerfulness and willingness to help us by the employees. At the other stores, the employees keep to themselves and almost regret. You gaining their attention. Contact Home Depot corporate, and let them know to follow your store example with Their employees.

The cashier was very helpful, friendly Help loading was not very good!

Paint department employees are so helpful

U never have enough help & when u can find an employee u take them to the area u need help in & as a customer u know more about the product H.D. sells then they do. Where are the specialist in the product areas? I realize hiring is a problem. Either u aren't paying them enough or perhaps it's the inflexiblity of your schedule. That's at least what I'm told by former employees of your stores.

Jason in the paint department is always helpful.

I made a mistake on my online order and the staff there corrected my mistake without me asking. They went above and beyond what I expected them to do. Great experience overall.

We came to the Alpena store to to design and purchase kitchen cabinets and countertops. It was our Lucky Day when we got Barbara Statham for our design consultant! Barbara is so knowledgeable. friendly and courteous- she is Outstanding in the job she does !! She even came in on her day off to finalize & process our order !! Barbara is an asset to your store !! The employees at the Home Depot Store in Alpena, Michigan have always been friendly and helpful whenever I shopped there. Today my cashier, Cat, gave me exceptional service as we were checking out. She showed us how we could save money on our purchases. We also worked with Jeannine Ferguson in the kitchen and bath department. She helped us pick out vanities for our bathrooms and enabled us to save money on our purchase too. She genuinely did her best to give us great customer service.

I placed an online order that was accepted and was given a delivery date. All address information was correct. Several days after the order was placed and only 5 days before delivery due date I received an email notifying me my order had been canceled. No reason was given in the email. I had to spend 20 minutes in chat que to be told that it's because HD doesn't put it's truck on a ferry boat. That would make sense IF I lived anywhere a ferry boat was required to deliver to but I don't. No phone call was made to ask me about this before canceling my order. After getting the reason and explaining to the chat rep that it was false no solution was offered. Thanks to Home Depot I will have to scramble to complete my project on deadline now by sourcing materials elsewhere. A mistake I can guarantee will not happen again.

So happy I decided on this flooring is absolutely beautiful, installers were great and I will use them again.

Every time I shop in the store, I receive excellent customer service.

For 7 years I’ve been shopping Home Depot. The employees are phenomenal to me. I’m like a deer in headlights when I see all the stock and possibilities to purchase the wrong thing, but, someone always has the knowledge to help me. SO APPRECIATIVE!!!
