Everyone at this store is very helpful and friendly. there are not that many stores these days that have employees that are as knowledgeable and available as this Home Depot. It is very convenient for me to order supplies for my Job as I can pick them up at the Alsip store which is on my way home. Thanks

Thank you for increasing the number of mobility carts and we hope they always have new, strong batteries in them and that they are fully charged. It make all the difference to someone who needs to rely upon them. With them, I am able to come in to your store and shop ideas, view products, and purchase, purchase, purchase...the items I want for our home. From personal experience...we can not always find that. So again...Thank you. Also...as always, your team of employees are very kind and most helpful. I appreciate their expertise and advice. You are my favorite Home Depot to shop at...Inside and outside...it is clean and organized.

Yes I need a fan motor and cover they have the motor great the cover is not whatever I guess it’s better to get one half then not anything Meynards didn’t have any

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. You’ll be in and out fast. Steve in appliances is so awesome, he helped me find a dryer and was overall fantastic .Most def my fav Home Depot .

Jim the older gentleman with grey hair frequently waking around the electrical section is absolutely lazy and condescending. Every time we go in the store he is reluctant to help locate products or give advice. When you are able to get assistance from him he will point you in an incorrect general direction and say he has to get back to a customer instead of walking to that section even if it is an isle over. He questions intelligence in a condescending manner “ it’s obvious you have no electrical experience” Or say an item is too expensive for me . I come to the store to buy products, not to be insulted and belittled by your employees.

This store and their associates are great. The store was clean the employees are helpful and friendly.

Fantastic staff and customer service!!

I am not an expert in plumbing and required on assistance to make sure I had the correct parts so I didn’t have to return to the store. In two trips I went home with the exact parts I needed. Both times I was assisted I came home with better parts then I would have chosen.

Store was clean, neat products well stocked and available. Store associate were very knowledgeable and provided Excellent customer Service. I will definitely visit this store again as well as recommend it to others.

Alsip is the best store in the southwest suburbs!

The laminate flooring that I wanted was not in stock at my Home Depot however the Alsip Home Depot had it in stock. I drove to Alsip that evening. The employee who helped me at the Alsip location was very friendly and quickly located the flooring I wanted. I also appreciated that the gentleman loaded the flooring on the cart for me. The woman who checked me out was also very helpful and friendly. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Like this store because it’s not insanely busy, is in the middle of a neighborhood so it’s not hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Greeters are always friendly, as are most of the rest of the staff

I enjoy shopping at the Alsip Home Depot. I have purchased many things there. Mostly gardening items most recently.

When you go to this store, make sure you see employees Celia and Wanda, you will leave with one of the best experiences of shopping at the Home Depot. They will not let you leave until you are satisfied and fulfilled all of your needs.

Very impressed with the items in stock, the setup of the store and the friendliness of the staff. While this particular location is "out of the way" from where we live, I would definitely make the trip again.

There is a wonderful greeter every time i go in and he is a baseball fan as he pointed out a shirt we had on. He is super friendly and we miss him when he isn't there but otherwise, you can tell everyone knows what they do in their individual depts otherwise the pro desk is great too!!

In the last month, I have gone to Home Depot to get some 2" pipe to force my sump pump water away from the house and new shower hose, pipe tape and bathroom caulk to repair a leak in my shower. In both cases, the associates I spoke to were extremely helpful! In both cased, I had to go back to get additional materials to complete the project. Everything has worked out.

VERY CLEAN STORE VERY HELPFUL ASSOCIATES, VERY FRIENDLY AND CONCERNED

I live within a 15 mile radius of three different Home Depot stores. The Alsip store is more neatly organized. There is almost always an associate at the door greeting customers as they come in. I also noted that as I roam the aisles, associates walk up to me and ask if they can help me find what I am looking for. I rarely have to search for assistance. Very welcoming and friendly service at this location.

It had been a while since I had stopped in at THD but this week I was doing some home improvement projects and let me say that I am happy I returned. The employees are so much nicer and attentive that I just had to write the well deserved review that I hope gives them proper recognition! Everyone was super helpful, from the returns to the paint to the lumber (i needed some railings for my stairs) to the cashiers that helped I would like to say "THANK YOU!". They made my shopping experience so much easier and happy!
