Was at the Altoona store today to buy an air conditioner and we thought we found one until we started to read more about on the box and realized that it didn't have a energy save button. Rachel was so helpful she told us we would find what we were looking for online and sure enough we did. We ordered our air conditioner tonight. Rachel we want you to know we found the one we wanted online thanks to you!!! Thank you for your help Rachel and for being so understanding when we decided not to buy the air conditioner we took to your checkout.

The Associates were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. I didn't have to look for help and waste time trying to find it myself. I was asked if I needed help and taken to the item I was looking for. They had the knowledge to answer my questions also. I will definitely go back to the Altoona store.

Dylan went beyond to insure that we were given the best package of appliances to meet our needs. He consulted with Adam(AM) to make sure nothing was missed. They were the best customer service team we have experienced in a long time.

We called the Altoona store because we were looking to purchase an item there. In two places on the internet there were conflicting messages about the item being in stock or not, so we called the store. So glad we did - they had one last item left of the item we wished to purchase and they held it for us until we could get in that afternoon to make the purchase. We just walked in, stopped at the service desk, made the purchase, loaded up our item and headed for home. It was the easiest purchase we have ever made and we were so glad they still had the item in stock there to purchase!

I have ALWAYS had a better experience at Home Depot compared to the other big chain store that I can’t mention. The employees are a lot more friendly and are more then willing to stop what they're are doing to go over and beyond to help you.

We have been treated very professionally and with quite a bit of kindness and consideration at this store. Melissa Miley, one of the employees at the store , went above and beyond what was necessary. I appreciate being looked at and not through and those who have been to other stores, will definitely know what I mean. I am just so happy to have finally found a store that really appreciates their customers. The store was clean and I was able to find the product that I needed quickly.

They have really good wood in the store, and nice employees there.

Karen K. was fantastic helping with finding and ordering several kitchen appliances. HD either had what we wanted or was able to get it within a week. None of the models were on the floor or in the warehouse.

Store was clean and well-organized. Have never had such helpful employees. Both Joe McCoy and Leah went way out of their ways to assist us—choosing, lifting, suggesting, helping, running around the store! They were both awesome! Love it when employees are both friendly and professional. It makes shopping so much easier. Love the store in Altoona, even though it’s two hours away from me!

The employees @ this store are fast, friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. We like that the store is well stocked, neat & clean. We drive 1 1/2 hrs to come here, sometimes just to browse. Malena went above & beyond to help us. We'd also like to thank Ben for helping her to load our merchandise. See you next time!

Store is conveniently located, and plenty of parking. Store is well laid out and are well stocked. Employees seem to have good knowledge of products.
