This store always has a larger selection of merchandise then other local HD stores in the area

New employees lack training and need to start caring about serving and helping customers. Nice that you hire older employees but please try to train them in customer service and in helpfulness.

WE were very pleased with our shopping experience at Home Depot #6643. We had been to another store, but they did not have the product we needed. Thank you to Sam for all of his input as to what we might need, and his kindness for taking the time to make sure we were covered.

Anaheim Hills Home Depot is a great place to shop. Also returns are super easy if you need to bring anything back. No hassle l, questions asked.

The variety and amount of tools, hardware, building supplies and prices are astonishingly great.

I was there about an hour trying to find a solution to my problem, until Sabino , in plumbing, came on the floor and was a great help and had the solution to my problem.

Every time I go to the store I am very happy with service.

Always have in stock what I need and very helpful staff. This store is always clean and well stocked. Never have I left the store without getting everything I needed.

They always have what you need and someone in the store has some knowledge about whatever it is you're buying. In case you need advise, just ask, the word goes out over the radio and someone always answers. You can also run into friends shopping there and catch up on whatever.

I was having a difficult day and I felt very overwhelmed with returning a few small items that my husband purchased. I didn’t have the receipt and I was embarrassed and I was holding up the line on a very busy day with many customers needing her assistance. However, Betsy at the Anaheim Hills store was calm, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with helping me. Home Depot is blessed to have Betsy. She emanates professionalism and kindness. This is the best Home Depot in all of Orange County for Product availability and customer assistance. Shout out to Lola and the customer service staff always go above and beyond to help customers with large orders, even when it means taking time out of their busy day to help me to load my car. I greatly appreciate their assistance, knowledge and advice.

The Home Depot stores are pretty OK and but need to incorporate Apple Pay as a method of payment.

I've been in several Home Depot Stores throughout the state of California and the Anaheim Hills store is, by far, the cleanest, most organized store I've been in of all the stores I've visited. I wish every store would use this store as a model.

I was not able to find store support to find items. Was not able to pay for my items via Apple Pay. After four years pursuing Home Depot management.

I have purchased many water heaters from the store and have never been disappointed.

Purchased a security video system and the sales person was ver professional and had great people skills.
