I am a DIY'er and constantly need to get advise on how to do a job. Steve in Flooring is always fantastic. He is very insightful and has provided me with great guidance on my many flooring projects. Huang in Kitchens/Applicances did a great job designing our kitchen and assisting in getting our faucets and soaker tub. It is a great store with very many helpful employees.

Eva in the paint department was amazing! She took our idea and brought it to life with professionalism, patience, and positivity. She helped my wife and I pick out colors for our first home and she put up with a lot, if you can only imagine, and still got us to not only come to an agreement; but, we left filled with joy.

My Black Friday shopping experience at the Annandale Home Depot was excellent. Every employee I encountered was extremely courteous and very helpful, in particular Abdi and Sejuan. The store was stocked very good with doorbuster items.

Service managers were very friendly and help full. They saves my $4,000 by working with me buy appliance with my gift cards worth of $4,000 which was purchased by me as a victim of scam

Poor customer service compared to other Home Depots in the area. Most of the workers do not have the most professional or courteous attitude. One associate groaned when I asked him for assistance and he was extremely slow in showing me where the item could be found. I always try to go to other stores if I can as this one has the worst customer service and least knowledgeable staff.

I'm very impressed with Hassan and Carol for their BOPIS service of my Gorilla Glue. It's working very nicely.

When looking for LED lightbulbs I am very impressed especially with Kylla and ASM Nuristani. My Feits work in my fridge and the EcoSmart LEDs I bought worked also. I’m also very impressed with the hardware section especially with Sandra, Supervisor Heather, and Shane who works for Milwaukee. Then when I checked out Cashier Sasha was there and very helpful. These people all deserve to be customer service all stars of the year

I was able to find the LED bulbs very easily. Thank you Associate Betty. Also thanks to Cashier Isha, I was able to purchase my bulbs. We need more associates like these good people.

I am very impressed since this is my favorite Home Depot. I do want to commend Kylla and Shawaiz. I especially command Howard in plumbing for offering to cut an extra key besides my hammer shaped key.
