Only had a couple of check-out registers open, even though there were 20 people in line to check out.

Love the staff. Get lots of help and managers Gene and Majid are very customer service oriented.

I have always received good service but Chanda in customer service really went above and beyond to help me recently. I really appreciate the employees at this store because they go out of their way to help their customers.

The staff seems to be exceptional especially Keith in lumber and Greg for lot loading. The management seems to be exceptional as all the employees are always happy and helpful.

Great store with awesome staff. Majid and Gene as managers got things well managed and are very professional.

I NEEDED ITEMS FOR MY FENCE, AND NEIGHBOR TOO WE WERE GETTING THE ITEM BUT NEEED HELP TO SEE IF YOU HAD MORE, WE ASK A YOUNG FOR HELP HE WENT TO LOOK AND DIDN'T COME BACK. WE SAW ANOTHER PERSON HE WAS BUSY AT THAT TIME BUT HE CAME BACK AN HELPED US , THANK YOU FOR THE YOUNG MAN THAT HELP ME THANK YOU I DON'T LIKE THIS VIRUS AND PANIC IT'S CALLING AN THE TIME PEOPLE HAVE TO WAIT IN LINES!

Not practicing cleanliness and social distancing-employees coughing on registers and hand scanning and on patrons. Employees are rude.

In my experience, speaking for the plumbing department, I received great assistance in regards to finding items and understanding how they work. I am a novice but the store employee definitely helped me find what I needed.

I FOUND WHAT I NEEDED IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES LOOKING. AND THE CHECK OUT WAS ALSO SPEEDY. STORE WAS CLEAN AND NEAT.

Be aware that the store has replaced most staffed registers with self check out. I had difficulty finding a staffed register, though it was a slow day. It will be a hot mess come spring.

Yes. The Returns clerk. Karen was really rude. I had simply approached the counter and asked if I could check out. In a disrespectful tone “ Yeah , I guess. You have go through the entrance”. So I have to walk around the door - in which it makes it look like I’m stealing- just to check out. Not a single associate asked if I needed help or even HI. What has happened to the customer service at this location?!?!

The employees in this store are very helpful and polite. If you need something just call for assistant and they’ll help you out right away!

Very sad on the last shopping experience (12-01-2019) at the Arden Home depot. Sales representative had to be hunted down. Then she wasn't very knowledgeable of the Appliances. Also she gave the wrong delivery dates which really put a burden on us having to change days of when someone will be home to receive the delivery. I will now drive a little futher to another better store for my home improvement needs. Lied to by the assistant manager Rusy, saying I would be contacted this morning by a delivery driver Paul, who would either deliver the washer and dryer today or Monday. No one ever called me back. I tried for over a hour on the phone to talk to a breathing human and I got was the stupid automated recording. Finally got to talk to a human which really couldn't help me anyways. I said I should just cancel my $1000 bill i just made and they really didn't care. Even the assistant manager Allen, i talk to earlier today didn't care.

The employees here are all so helpful and really take the time to make sure you are getting the correct item or exactly what it is that you need!

This was my first time to this particular Home Depot. I am not a "handy person" at all but still have to get many things done on my home so I started at this Home Depot...and was so glad I didn't have to go anywhere else. I not only found the product I needed (an Orbit sprinkler timer), but got so much help setting it up that all I had to do was install it when I got home. I also needed mulch put in my front yard and, in spite of having a yard maintenance guy, he refused to do it. So I asked a Home Depot employee about this and am as so happy to learn out that they offer that service. They promptly set me up for a call next week to discuss with the appropriate person. I will definitely be going here for all my home and DIY needs!
